Leaving your fur baby behind while traveling is never easy, but from the very start, Manvi was very trustworthy. Mango can be quite a picky eater, and Manvi went above and beyond—taking extra time and initiative to make sure he ate well. It meant the world to us knowing she treated him like her own. He had a blast playing with her daughter and was visibly comfortable and happy with their whole family at all times. Throughout our trip, we received regular updates with photos and videos, which gave us such peace of mind. Seeing Mango relaxed, well cared for, and having fun made all the difference. “Misha and Boston stayed with Linda for 4 days, during that time Linda sent us pictures and updates on doggos' activities and well being, several times a day, which reassured us of their wellbeing and that they are taken cared of. Nigel and his family treated Tux with so much love and care, Tux went on many walks ,had plenty of room in the house and had a great backyard to play in !. Tux absolutely loved playing with Ozzy and Nigels daughter, the family was absolutely sweet and loving, Tux was sad to come back,we look forward to returning for any needed stays! We would recommend Nigel to anyone looking for a great loving family to leave their pet with!
I had absolutely no worries leaving our dog with Sophie and Lucas. Their own dog is a sweetheart, and an excellent playmate. They provided pictures regularly so that I could see that our puppy was healthy and happy. She received regular walks and it was very clear that she felt at home there. I would book again with them without a doubt.
This was our first time leaving our puppy. Barbara was a perfect fit. We had a meet and greet before hand and I felt very comfortable leaving Bentley in her care while we would be away. I did not worry about him at all while we were gone, I knew he was getting lots of love and care and that was worth so much for me as I tend to be an anxious person. I would not hesitate to recommend Barbara to anyone, and I am certain Bentley will be thrilled to return to her the next time we go away.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
