Safe & Fun Home Away From Home!
I have always loved dogs. While living in Mexico I volunteered at an animal shelter and I fostered many dogs and cats until they found their forever homes. We adopted two of these Mexican street dogs and they travelled to live with me and my family in Portugal and Scotland before we all moved back to Canada. In Portugal I also volunteered at a dog shelter spending Sunday's caring for stray dogs.

This was our first time leaving our puppy. Barbara was a perfect fit. We had a meet and greet before hand and I felt very comfortable leaving Bentley in her care while we would be away. I did not worry about him at all while we were gone, I knew he was getting lots of love and care and that was worth so much for me as I tend to be an anxious person. I would not hesitate to recommend Barbara to anyone, and I am certain Bentley will be thrilled to return to her the next time we go away.
Sal had the best time. She was so content, well taken care-of and felt appreciated for her quirks, which are mostly charming - but sometimes confusing!
We had a wonderful experience! Barbara was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. She even met with us in advance of our booking, which gave us so much peace of mind considering this was our first time using Rover. During the 5 days our dog Franklin was with her, Barb communicated often and sent updates, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, our dog seemed to have a great time! Would definitely recommend and book again.
We had such a wonderful experience with Barbara. It was our first time using her and she made us feel so comfortable from the start. She was responsive and caring and she was amazing with Echo. She sent us the perfect amount of updates, and we could tell Echo was so happy and loved while we were away. We’re so grateful to have found her and will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend Barbara to anyone looking for someone who will care for their pup like family!
Barbara was AMAZING! Misha was well taken care of, she provided lots of walks, updates to us and followed all instructions. She is very kind and great with dogs. We will definitely be reaching out to her next time we need a sitter.
Barbara took excellent care of Kailey while I was away. I got just the right amount of updates to know she was well taken care of and enjoy my vacation. Glad we have a dog sitter now who isn’t my parents

Schedule
I work 10 minutes from my home and can come home to check on and give a walk and bathroom break throughout the day. I am home by 4:00 during the week and am home on the weekend. Other family members would also be around to keep your dog company.

We have a fenced backyard space. There are plenty of parks and walking trails close by. Your dog would feel like part of the family!
