“Jocelyn is a wonderful person and took great care of our pets. She has a natural affinity towards animals. She paid attention to details and treated my pets with kindness and care. I am very happy with her. She communicated regularly with me during the visits with pictures and details. I possibly can't ask for more. We will definitely have her back in the future. Thank you”

“Julia did an amazing job looking after our three cats. One of them is very shy and finicky but Julia knew how to handle that. She knows what to be observant of besides food and water and the initiative to take. Highly recommend Julia.”

About: Hi hi! I’m Kaitlyn (but you can call me Kate!) 😊 Reliable, routine focused care with lots of updates (and cute photos, of course). I’m a lifelong dog lover and have a 10 year old puggle named Jude (named after Hey Jude!), so I really understand how important it is to trust the person coming into your home and caring for your pet. I mainly focus on dog walking and drop-in visits, especially for busy schedules where you just need someone reliable to show up and take care of things. Whether it’s a morning walk, a quick check in, or just giving your dog some attention, company, and playtime, I’m happy to adjust to what they need. I’ve spent years around dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I always aim to keep things calm, consistent, and stress free for them. I’m very dependable, so you can count on me to be on time and take great care of your pet every visit. I love a good photo op, so I’ll always keep you in the loop with updates and photos so you don’t have to wonder how things are going! A bit about me & my availability: • Monday–Friday mornings (early morning–1pm) • Weekends by request • Non-smoker • Comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, and basic medication I’d love to meet you and your pet(s) and see if it’s a good fit 🤍 I know how much our pets mean to us, and I’ll always take care of them like they’re my own. Pet care fits easily into my routine. I work afternoons, so I’m available weekday mornings (early morning-1pm), which allows me to consistently offer walks and drop-in visits while people are at work. I start my day walking my own dog, so adding in walks and check-ins for your pet fits naturally into my schedule. I’m also available on weekends by request. For drop-in visits and walks, I focus on keeping your pet’s routine as consistent as possible. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding, water, walks, and any specific needs your pet may have. I take a calm, attentive approach and always make sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and secure before I leave. I’m also mindful of your home... making sure doors are locked, things are left as I found them, and everything is in order. You can expect clear communication, updates, and photos after each visit so you always know how things are going. I treat every pet and home with the same care I would my own.
About: I've taken care of the family pets from puppy age all the way through to seniors since I was a kid. We always had dogs and rabbits growing up, and I love the company of pets and to entertain them. I have a huge soft spot for feline friends! I take special care learning how to approach and respect animals, nervous animals tend to feel safe around me which is awesome and a testament to my character and learning. I work full time so have weekends free at the moment, specifically Saturday and Sunday. I can do evenings during the week and usually have a day wfh every week. When I had my own pets I would prioritise them and ensure they had everything they needed. I ensure that escape artists are safe and can't get out, I also am clued up on what most pets should and shouldn't eat! Also aware of when pets are appearing unwell.
“Kirstyn is an amazing pet sitter. We booked her for 11x 30min drop-in visits over 8 days for our cat. She always came on time, took care of all the daily tasks with time to spare for pets and cuddles with the cat. She was great with our cat and he bonded with her almost immediately. Would definitely recommend Kirstyn and will also book her in future.”

“Daniela was a true dog whisperer! Our dog Charlie barks a lot and does not do well with change but he was great with Daniela and even settled with her after only a few visits. Daniela came to meet Charlie before the set date and connected with Charlie, explained the process to us and made sure she understood the essentials about Charlie. We were able to take comfort in knowing Charlie was in great capable hands. Daniela was prompt with each visit and left us detailed notes and pictures for every encounter. We came home to one happy dog!”

“We are so lucky to have had Nikolai watch our cats while we were away. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our cats' care needs, which was a big list since are cats are older and one is still recovering from recent acute kidney failure. We have already asked him to come back to look after our cats and Collie dog for our next holiday trip. Thank you, Nikolai!”

About: I've always loved dogs. Each one if my family members now has their own, including mine, Kira. I worked at the Canadian Kennel Club and I attended McMaster University to attempt my PhD (didn't work out). A dog is a great way to get out for a few minutes and forget about the stresses of life, and the affection they can return is unparalleled. I hope to get a few regulars and get to know your friends as well as you do. If you have an active dog, I love going for runs with mine. We'll start with walks first though. I'm near some great trails to go on hikes, or there's a cemetery across the street for nice casual walks. Either I'm home to care for my own dog, or I make regular trips home from Mac. I wouldn't leave a strange dog home alone, though. Most of my work can be done remotely and walks work as nice breaks. Regular walks since I live in an apartment. Air conditioned for the summer. Check water. Clean up messes. Make sure there's nothing they can or want to get into that they shouldn't. Play games. Training. Treats.
About: I'm a huge animal lover, having lived with them my entire life. I grew up with two dogs, and as I got older another dog, cats and fish were added to the mix. Additionally, while growing up I was trusted enough to pet-sit other dogs overnight at my house, as well as cat-sitting for neighbours several times. As I mentioned earlier, I grew up with a deep love for our family pets, to the point that one of our dogs, Abigail, became my emotional support animal. Our bond was so strong that she passed away peacefully in my arms on our way to the vet at almost sixteen years of age. Currently, I own a very energetic one-year-old pug named Delphini, who's training has been challenging, to say the least, but I love every moment of it. No challenge is too big! I'm currently living with my ninety-five year old grandfather and partially supporting him as well as my mother who is a quadriplegic, whilst also volunteering and searching for a part-time job. Any appointments and/or meetings I have predominantly take place throughout the day, with plenty of breaks in-between, so I'll have plenty of time to play and/or walk with your pet(s) and make sure that they're getting all the love and attention they deserve! My schedule is fairly flexible, so I'm certain that we'll be able to arrange something to your utmost satisfaction. Having grown up with dogs and in later years cats, I have a cornucopia of experience with cats and dogs of all sizes and ages. I'm always patient and calm when meeting and caring for new furry friends, which enables me to reassure owners that their beloved pets are in capable and trustworthy hands. I'm very flexible, and will always leave your home cleaner than when I arrived. Additionally, I will maintain any schedules you have set and will make sure that your pets get extra love during your time apart. Finally, I am well-versed in administering oral medication to dogs, as well as giving baths, and have experience with pets that are afflicted with separation anxiety. I have also made custom tags that have my contact information on them, and will temporarily attach one to your pet's collar(s) if requested.
“Arjun took amazing care of our dog while we were away. He went above and beyond with his communication with us which made us feel secure knowing that our dog was well cared for. We will 100% be using Arjun again in the future”

About: I have experience caring for dogs and giving medication when needed. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. There are two people in my household, so there is almost always someone at home to supervise and take care of the dogs. Even if we go out, it is never for very long, so your pet will not be left alone for extended periods. I can take dogs on daily walks and also bring them to nearby parks so they can get exercise and enjoy the outdoors. I make sure every dog gets plenty of attention, playtime, and regular potty breaks. I only accept a limited number of pets at a time to ensure each dog receives enough care and attention. I will treat every dog like my own and do my best to make them feel happy and comfortable while staying with me. I am a student at McMaster University and spend most of my time at home. I do not need to go to campus very often, and even when I do, I am usually not away for long periods of time. I personally provide all care for pets in my home, including feeding, walking, supervision, and attention. “Riley has been an amazing help with my small families life changes. She's flexible, punctual, and great at assisting using this app for us less tech savvy. Clearly has a big heart for the furry ones. Provides lots of details with pics every visit. I would recommend to anyone!”

About: My personalized attention and genuine connection with every dog I care for make me different from other sitters. I don't just watch over pets—I spend real time with them, understand their behavior, and create a calm, loving environment where they feel safe and happy. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a slower pace, gentle handling, and lots of patience. I pay close attention to their needs and quickly notice if something is off or if they need extra care. Additionally: I’m very physically active, so I truly enjoy long walks and playing with high-energy dogs. I have experience with basic obedience training. I’ve also cared for dogs that need medication. My goal is always to make dogs feel loved and secure, and to give their owners total peace of mind knowing their pet is in good hands I am an international student looking for a part-time job that I enjoy. Caring for animals has always been one of my main activities at home. I have two beautiful dogs that I will eventually bring to Canada. They are my daughters. Dedicating my time to dog care motivates me and fits in very well with my studies. In a client’s home: I respect the pet’s space and routine, making sure their environment feels familiar and stress-free. I always follow any specific instructions from the owner (feeding times, medication, walk schedule, etc.) and keep the area clean and secure. I give the pet time to warm up to me, building trust through patience and gentle attention. My goal is always to create a safe and loving environment where pets feel relaxed and cared for, and their humans feel completely confident and at peace.
