Divya and Vaibhav took such loving and thorough care of my dog for 4 days. We were always updated with photos, videos and daily activities. They got creative with solutions when my dog was having feeding challenges and made sure she was fed and exercised. They made sure her normal routine was maintained but also went over and beyond to provide additional enrichment activities. They really treated Bell like one of their own and Bell seemed so happy with them. I would recommend both of them anytime for dog sitting.
Rafael and his family were very loving towards Bella during her stay with them. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
