She responds to the messages promptly and shares pics and videos as well. Ranjithas home has plenty of space for our high energy kitten to run and play around fearlessly. On top of it all , their sweet cat Oreo was extremely friendly to both the cats the moment they met and helped in setting down at their home.”

We couldn't have asked for a better first Rover experience! Leaving our puppy, Buddy, for the first time was nerve-wracking, but Nathaly, Armando and family immediately put our minds at ease. From the moment we dropped him off, and even early on during a meet and greet, it was clear he was in caring and capable hands. The regular updates, photos, videos, and notes helped us stay connected and reassured while we were away. Seeing Buddy happy, comfortable, and having fun made all the difference. They treated Buddy like one of their own, and we're so grateful for the love, attention, and care they gave him. Michelle and her family were wonderful with my cat Ruby. She took great care of her. I couldn't ask for better care. Ruby requires medication twice a day and she handled it no problem. She really put my mind at ease. She sent lots of updates and pictures which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Michelle and will use her again.
Our first boarding was a great experience! Radhika and Sayan was absolutely wonderful—friendly, caring, and so welcoming. They spoiled Ellie, gave her great care and kept us updated throughout the stay, which gave us such peace of mind as first timers. In photos Ellie was happy and well cared for. We would definitely recommend they and I will continue to book Radhika and Sayan.

Divya and Vaibhav took such loving and thorough care of my dog for 4 days. We were always updated with photos, videos and daily activities. They got creative with solutions when my dog was having feeding challenges and made sure she was fed and exercised. They made sure her normal routine was maintained but also went over and beyond to provide additional enrichment activities. They really treated Bell like one of their own and Bell seemed so happy with them. I would recommend both of them anytime for dog sitting.
Rafael and his family were very loving towards Bella during her stay with them. They communicated with us on a regular basis and even taught her a new trick ( dancing) that they shared with us in a video. We are definitely going to use Rafael again. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
