What sets me apart as pet sitter and a dog walker is my commitment to proving care that’s just as unique as your dog. I take the time to understand each dogs individual needs, energy level, and personality-whether your pup is shy and gentle or full of excitement and curiosity. I love exploring making every walk an engaging experience, not just a bathroom break. I have experience with all breeds, sizes and temperaments, from playful puppies to more reserved or relative dogs. I grew up with a rescue Husky-Shepherd cross and several Collie mixes, so I’m no stranger to high-energy or strong willed breeds. I’ve also taken multiple puppy training classes, giving me the tools to reinforce positive behaviour and calmly handle a variety of situations. Above all, I’m flexible and attentive - I’m here to provide the exact level of care and structure you’re looking for, whether that means energetic walks, calm companionship or a little bit of both. Please note that while I can provide some flexibility boarding is considered a 24 hour period, and day care is considered approx. 8-10 hours during the day. I do have a cat, however if your dog is not good with cats or you are uncertain/hesitant I could make other arrangements for him, I see this being more do-able for longer stays. Taryn was a great pleasure to communicate with and our lovely lady Seven had a great time with the other dogs that were staying. We will absolutely book again and she put us at great comfort and ease sending us some pictures of our lady enjoying her time. Thanks again Taryn!
Taryn was a great fit for Rosie! They did lots of walks and playing and she kept us updated with lots of check ins and photos. She left our house super tidy as well!
Taryn was absolutely amazing! She took care of both of our dogs after so that they were able to join us for our wedding ceremony! She is very flexible as our drop off times and pickup times were at weird times.
I left my 15 year old cat with Taryn for 14 days. He is extremely bonded with me and is quite sociable at home in his own familiar surroundings. Bailey had a difficult time adjusting to new surroundings without his people and pretty much stayed in one area of the house. Taryn was good at sending updates and pictures regularly. She spent quality time with Bailey assuring he was in a safe place. Sure enough just days before I came to get him did he get more courageous to tour more of her house. When I picked Bailey up, he looked almost healthier than when I dropped him off although he wasn’t ill. I’m so very thankful I met Taryn. She’s very knowledgeable about feline behaviour and has a huge heart for all animals. Bailey is ecstatic to be home with his person and we are both very thankful for the love and care he received.
taryn was excellent to work with. she is wonderful with our dog. i would highly recommend her to anyone. she had a tall order to fill with our booking of 3 x daily for 3 weeks. never missed an appt.
Taryn is great with my puppy Niko, he really likes her. I definitely recommend using Taryn if you ever need a reliable dog walker/sitter.

I’m currently looking to start out with just dog walking or cat care in owners home. Once I build relationships with clients and their pets I may be open to taking some pets in my home.
A typical day
I like to create a bond with your pet where they feel safe and comfortable. Engaging in activities they enjoy including checking out new spaces, getting pets or playing ball.
Prices include all fees.
