She took the time to get to know my dog and I and showed genuine interest in understanding how best to care for my dog. She even cooked my dog chicken and beef when she refused to eat her kibble (probably due to her first time staying with someone unfamiliar)! As soon as we arrived, Pickles excitedly ran to the door and was greeted with care. Their children also cared for Pickles wonderfully, playing with him and showering him with cuddles. About: Hi! I am a very trustworthy and empathetic animal lover who has experience caring for her own dogs (previously Berners & Goldens), foster dogs, puppies, cats & kittens and my own Calico cat! Not only is Julietta a thorough professional, but she goes out of her way to make sure that your dogs are comfortable. She was very caring and loving towards my dogs. She took amazing care of them. I initially booked for 3 days of boarding but because of a travel issue, we had to leave the dogs with her for 2 more days. She was so accommodating..Even though it was such a stressful situation, she reached out and told me not to worry at all and she would be happy to take care of the dogs for the 2 additional days. She bought them toys. You can tell that she actually loves dogs. My older dog typically has separation anxiety but I could tell that he was very happy when I went to pick him up. He wasn't stressed out as he usually is if I ever have to drop him off at a kennel. I will certainly be going back to Julietta if I ever have to drop off my dogs for a few days.. During our summer holiday we left our little Lola with Hark and her family. Hark gave us regular videos and photos and kept in touch with us through text. The videos were wonderful showing us the friendship which was blooming between Harks dog Bailey and Lola. They really hit it off. There were many other dogs there and regular treat times. We will definitely book Hark again and feel comfortable knowing Lola is happy there and well taken care of.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Melissa! Our dog, Bear, had an absolute blast during their stay. Melissa sent wonderful daily updates with photos, which put our minds completely at ease while we were away. They went above and beyond with extra playtime with other dogs, following our feeding/walking schedule perfectly, and giving out lots of cuddles. Bear came home happy, healthy, and well-exercised. We have been so fortunate to have Chong and Bo. We have an older put with extra needs and they have been amazing. Her last stay had an emergency visit to the vet and extra care after. She was so well taken care of that my worries were alleviated. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Ethan was an amazing sitter! We were away on vacation for 5 days, and leaving Croissant with him was the best decision ever. We felt so relaxed the whole time because Ethan kept sending us lots of videos and updates every day. His backyard is huge and very clean—a real playground for dogs. Croissant had a blast running around there and loved playing with Ethan’s dog Luffy who is so friendly and sweet. It was so much fun watching them become good buddies. When we picked Croissant up, he was super happy and relaxed. He had so much fun with his pup friends at Ethan’s place and came home and slept like a baby. We’ll definitely book with Ethan again in the future. If you are looking for someone who is truly responsible, kind, and loves dogs, we highly recommend him!
This was Salvato’s very first overnight boarding experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming, dog-loving family. Diane & Sunny have a lot of experience with dogs - they took the time to understand his routines and followed his care instructions carefully, including feeding his raw diet and being mindful of his barrier & leash reactivity. Diane sent thoughtful photo updates, communicated well throughout his stay, and it was clear they all genuinely cared about making him feel comfortable and treated him like a member of their family. He came home healthy, relaxed, and settled, which was exactly what we had hoped for. Salvato can be a bit more work than the average dog, so finding people we trust is incredibly important. We feel so lucky to have found such a warm, kind, and welcoming family who clearly cared for him as if he were one of their own. We’re very grateful for the attentive care Diane & Sunny provided - Salvato’s first boarding experience couldn’t have gone better and we have complete peace of mind for his longer stay with them next month. Highly recommended!
I had to go on a trip very last minute and Melanie was a great help. There were a lot of issues with my scheduling and she was calm and easy going the entire time. My cats seemed to enjoy staying at her place and daily photo updates were very much appreciated. I look forward to booking her next time again.
Ariana was very prompt with answering questions. She was also very flexible about changing the pick up time. Our boys (cats) were very nervous about going to a sitter for the first time, and she was accommodating about this, placing them in a room alone together. Her dog area looked very clean and the dogs seemed to be pretty happy there. We fully intend to use her services should we need them again.
Pam always takes great care of our golden doodle and sends regular updates. This trip our flights were cancelled and we had to pick our dog up a day late and Pam was extremely understanding and flexible. Thank you Pam for taking such great care of Lilo! The best dog boarder. Our dog was on his own vacation with Raquel and her family. He swam in her pool, enjoyed hiking in the park and the companionship of the house dog, Mina. Our dog also enjoyed all the hugs and affection from the family especially, from her husband, Greg who cheered with our dog during the soccer, FIFA matches. Many photos were sent to me during the dog’s stay with Raquel for peace of mind that my dog was well looked after. Highly recommend this loving family.
We couldn't be happier with the incredible care Kathy provided for our two cats while we were away on vacation! Because our cats are highly affectionate and require a lot of attention, finding the right sitter was so important to us. Kathy working remotely from home was a huge plus, and she freely and happily gave them all the love and companionship they needed. Since they were staying at her apartment, Kathy was amazing at giving them the exact time and space they needed to acclimate to a new environment. She clearly understands cat body language and behavior perfectly. She also sent hundreds of photos (as we requested!), which gave us complete peace of mind. By the end of their stay, our cats were completely at home—sleeping in bed with her and making biscuits on her tummy! They had their own wonderful mini-vacation and returned to us healthy, safe, and incredibly happy.
