“If I could give Rommel and his family more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I dropped Adonis off, it was clear he wasn’t just being watched, he was being genuinely loved. The whole family got involved: walks, backyard playtime, cuddles and they treated him like he had always been a part of their home. Rommel sent multiple photo and video updates every single day, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. But what really blew me away was when Adonis ran out of treats, Rommel went out and bought more without a second thought. That kind of care and initiative isn’t something you can teach, it just shows the type of person he is. I came back to one happy, well-loved dog, and that says everything. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family and not just a booking, Rommel is your person. We will absolutely be coming back. Highly, highly recommend.”
“Melanie took such amazing care of our girl that I don’t know how to thank her!! We were on a trip during Victoria Day when there were fireworks and my dog is super scared of loud noises. Melanie and her sweet family comforted her and made her feel safe. They even sang to her to drown out the loud noises!!! She also sent us regular updates and kept us posted on how our dog was doing. Think of it as a cosy, staycation filled with love, snuggles and wagging tails - just like home, if not better… they deserve no less! Dogs over people - ANYDAY, that’s my motto 😊 I work from home so I’m home all day, so all 7 days a week your pup will have companionship. I take my own 6 year old dog out for walks and runs, and would love to have your come along as well! I have a fenced yard and a friendly super sweet 6 year old mixed breed dog. No small kids in the house - I have a teenager and my partner who are both very good with pets!

Our dog Buddy had an amazing 2 week stay with Ethan & family. From the meet & greet I felt confident that Buddy would be looked after really well and would be comfortable and have a happy stay. Ethan surpassed my expectations:) Buddy settled very quickly, Ethan made sure to put Buddy’s needs first and it was great Buddy had the company of Luffy and the other little dogs who visited some days. He loved the big backyard & happily napped & played indoors & outdoors. The daily messages, pictures & videos were really appreciated. I will definitely be checking Ethan’s availability anytime we are away & also future day visits for Buddy to see his friends again is a must. Thank you Ethan
This was the first time I ever boarded my dog, and I am so happy that I selected Aaron. Reggie enjoyed investigating the big backyard, snoozing on the sofa, socializing with some other dogs, and going for neighbourhood walks. I appreciated the regular updates and pics, and the genuine kindness and love that Aaron and his family provided. I have already rebooked Reggie for any upcoming weekend, and also plan to use Aaron in the fall when I am away for a week.
Everything went smoothly, and we had a great experience. We left Indy with Amandeep for two nights, and it looked like he had a wonderful time. We were happy to receive photos of him looking relaxed and content while we were away. We’d definitely recommend Amandeep and would be happy to book with them again!

This was Salvato’s very first overnight boarding experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming, dog-loving family. Diane & Sunny have a lot of experience with dogs - they took the time to understand his routines and followed his care instructions carefully, including feeding his raw diet and being mindful of his barrier & leash reactivity. Diane sent thoughtful photo updates, communicated well throughout his stay, and it was clear they all genuinely cared about making him feel comfortable and treated him like a member of their family. He came home healthy, relaxed, and settled, which was exactly what we had hoped for. Salvato can be a bit more work than the average dog, so finding people we trust is incredibly important. We feel so lucky to have found such a warm, kind, and welcoming family who clearly cared for him as if he were one of their own. We’re very grateful for the attentive care Diane & Sunny provided - Salvato’s first boarding experience couldn’t have gone better and we have complete peace of mind for his longer stay with them next month. Highly recommended!
I had to go on a trip very last minute and Melanie was a great help. There were a lot of issues with my scheduling and she was calm and easy going the entire time. My cats seemed to enjoy staying at her place and daily photo updates were very much appreciated. I look forward to booking her next time again.
Ariana was very prompt with answering questions. She was also very flexible about changing the pick up time. Our boys (cats) were very nervous about going to a sitter for the first time, and she was accommodating about this, placing them in a room alone together. Her dog area looked very clean and the dogs seemed to be pretty happy there. We fully intend to use her services should we need them again.
Pam always takes great care of our golden doodle and sends regular updates. This trip our flights were cancelled and we had to pick our dog up a day late and Pam was extremely understanding and flexible. Thank you Pam for taking such great care of Lilo! The best dog boarder. Our dog was on his own vacation with Raquel and her family. He swam in her pool, enjoyed hiking in the park and the companionship of the house dog, Mina. Our dog also enjoyed all the hugs and affection from the family especially, from her husband, Greg who cheered with our dog during the soccer, FIFA matches. Many photos were sent to me during the dog’s stay with Raquel for peace of mind that my dog was well looked after. Highly recommend this loving family.
