About: I have an active 5 yr old rescue dog who I initially fostered. We have tried a number of dog sports including barn hunt, sprinter, lure and weight pull. While I'm not a dog trainer, I am well educated on dog body language, training, reactivity and fulfillment. I'm happy to maintain consistency in your training journey. On walks I like to focus on the dog being able to sniff and explore their environment. I believe that walks are for the dog so I let them dictate most of it as long as its safe. I also like to take moments to build your dog's confidence through play and urban agility. If there is any training you would like me to keep up on walks such as loose leash walking, I will gladly do so. I'm also experienced with various tools such as head halters, prong, e collars. I work a hybrid schedule and would be available for daycare and boarding during those days and weekends. Repeat clients will get priority for bookings Safety is my number one priority, baby gates, no indoor plants, no harsh chemicals in/around dogs space, meds/toxic foods are locked away. Crates for safety and separation, no high value chews or toys such as bones left out. Dogs will also be fed in separate spaces to prevent food related guarding. I put a lot of time into training and playing with my dog and any pet in my home will be given the same care

Nofar is the sitter ever!!! very affectionate, assertive and proactive. Our baby boy enjoyed the stay playing and going out all the time, he received lots of love. Nofar sent us photos and videos every day during their walks, Mango, Nofar’s dog is super friendly too, so Santos had an incredible time and didn't miss us🤣 Highly recommended for anyone looking for personalized and safe care; we will always come back with Nofar!!!! It was a seven stars 🤩 experience.
Jacky and Rocio (and Abby) were great with my dog Muffy. I was gone for almost 2 weeks to Europe and my dog had never stayed with a dogsitter before, so I was a bit nervous. Jacky and Rocio did a great job sending me updates and photos. Unfortunately Muffy had some diarrhea while I was gone, and they kept in close communication with me to let me know how she was doing. They even reached out to my vet for advice to make sure Muffy was OK. I would definitely use them again to dogsit in the future!

This was our first time leaving our 2 year old Morkie, Gigi with a dog sitter through Rover. Portia was the perfect choice, as she is very patient and caring which made our dog instantly feel very comfortable when we left her for an overnight stay. Portia’s home is very clean and she kept us updated through text and pictures on how your fur baby is doing. Portia has a very friendly dog, Simba who was very gentle with Gigi and they enjoyed their walks outdoors. Thanks Portia for taking such good care of Gigi.
We are very grateful to Ariana for taking care of our 5 year old golden doodle. He has never been away from home and he was staying for 8 days with Ariana. But he was very active and happy, and was well taken care of. He sure enjoyed the hikes and long walks with her.
Melissa was amazing with my dog. This was the first time I had to leave with someone other than family and I was apprehensive. He also has skin issues due to food allergies. But she put me at ease instantly. And she took absolutely stellar care of my little guy. Many walks, lots of pics, very responsive through the chat. 100% would recommend!

Kathy took care of our cat Lyla for two weeks. This was our first time using Rover so naturally we were very nervous but Kathy was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions and concerns prior to the booking. During drop off, Kathy gave Lyla space and time to adjust. Throughout the stay, Kathy sent frequent updates with pictures and videos and we could tell Lyla was super comfortable with her. She even made her a catnip toy! We highly recommend booking with Kathy!
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for Salvato’s first longer stay away from us. He’s a big, sensitive boy with a very specific routine, a raw diet and supplements, and he can be reactive on walks - so leaving him for five nights is not something we take lightly. Diane was incredibly thoughtful about following all of his care instructions while also making him feel completely at home. The photo updates honestly made us laugh because he looked so thoroughly spoiled and happy - lounging comfortably, getting lots of cuddles and attention, enjoying the yard and clearly feeling like part of the family. She even managed some challenging distractions with him on walks! By the end of the stay, he looked like he had settled into his own little vacation routine. When we came to pick him up, he seemed almost surprised to see us! What meant the most to me was the peace of mind. I’m usually someone who worries when I’m away, and this was one of the very few vacations where I genuinely felt at ease knowing he was safe, understood, loved and being so well cared for. Being able to relax without constantly worrying about him was an enormous gift. We are incredibly grateful to have found a family we can trust with him and, even more importantly, a place where Salvato himself seems genuinely happy and comfortable. Our dog Buddy had an amazing 2 week stay with Ethan & family. From the meet & greet I felt confident that Buddy would be looked after really well and would be comfortable and have a happy stay. Ethan surpassed my expectations:) Buddy settled very quickly, Ethan made sure to put Buddy’s needs first and it was great Buddy had the company of Luffy and the other little dogs who visited some days. He loved the big backyard & happily napped & played indoors & outdoors. The daily messages, pictures & videos were really appreciated.
