About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 15. Whether it be my grandmas, our families or friends, I have been responsible to walk, feed and bathe them for years. I work from home and have a flexible schedule to take breaks during work hours to walk your pups or as well as in the early morning or evening. Establishing trust between myself and the dog is the most important. Firstly, I stay calm and allow for some time and space to reassure them I’m not threatening and establish familiarity. I provide regular check-ins for ease of mind and work to establish a regular routine for the animals in my care. I am passionate about animal care and find it sincerely therapeutic.

About: I am a long-time pet lover and owner! I've had large and small dogs along with cats over my life. I had a large dog (Rottweiler 98lbs) with aggression issues, so I'm not put off by a little attitude from your pet. Every animal has its own personality just like humans. I am certified in Canine First Aid and have Dog Behaviour (basic), Dog to Dog Aggression, Canine Separation Anxiety, Daycare & Group Play Assessment and Dog Walking Certification course training. I lost my pet recently from cancer and am not ready to readopt yet. I promise I will love and care for your pet as my own. I promise to be very respectful and tidy while in/around your home. I feel that communication is very important while pet parents are away, so I like to give updates and photos of our adventures. I am Oakville born and raised. I went to St.Mildred's & OTHS then studied at George Brown College. I live in Old Oakville. I am an activist on animal rights and do what I can to help ALL animals. You may find me at a protest or rally fighting for the rights of all animals on the weekends. I am very close with my family so don't be surprised if you see my folks at the house hanging out. I prefer to keep the dogs with me during the day if I can and they usually love the little adventures. I also have a car so we can go to a mix of parks. I live at a house with my parents with nice little yard and a park right out front. This makes it easy for quick walk and lots of good smell to keep the dog cognitive arousal fulfilled. There is an abundance of parks around me.

About: I’ve cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs and pets for years, helping with walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I also regularly watch my boyfriend’s family dog, who is very energetic and rambunctious, and I’m experienced in keeping him calm, relaxed, and well-behaved on walks. I am currently working on my masters thesis from home, providing me with a flexible schedule to provide walks at many hours of the day. I enjoy long walks myself and thought that it would be amazing to pair my love for the outdoors with some furry friends! I do not currently offer in home services at this moment. I am unable to care for pets in my own home as we have some renovations happening.

About: Most of my pet care experiences are from owning lizard and fishes. But 5 months ago, I started dog walking and I recently adopted a cat and I realized how much I enjoyed being around furry friends ✨️😊 Since it's my summer break from college, I would love to use this as opportunity to enjoy my summer break with furry friends while earning money. When I'm walking my dog client, I make sure he gets his exercise by playing catch, walking, playing with other dogs, exploring, and I make sure to keep him safe.
