I have 10+ years of professional pet care and handling experience and I’ve done everything to work with and around animals all my life. Most recently at your local pet supply store, working with animals and the newest pet products daily! I have professional experience walking and transporting multiple dogs at once, dog grooming, house visits and hands on exotic pet care and handling experience. I am no stranger to administering medications and caring for both senior pets and puppies or kittens. There is no pet too complicated, big or small, I’m eager to help! I’m proud to be a go to helping hand if a friend, family member or neighbour has ever needed anything pet related and hoping to be your future go to as well! I’ve just returned from 2 years travelling abroad and am looking forward to settling back into Canadian life and getting to know the furry friends in the neighbourhood. I am currently working hybrid 9-5 and have availability for potty breaks, and walks after 5. I am very flexible for house sitting and only go to the office twice a week. Please note, all house sitting is completed with the help of my partner Edward. Due to the extra pair of hands we are able to accommodate most needs and are flexible to create a stay that suits your pet best. I am fully equipped to take care of your fur baby and practice safety at all times. I am well versed with animal first aid and would take care of any pet as my own. I have experience with emergency situations and problem solving on the job. I am looking to keep your pets as comfortable, safe and happy as they would be with you! On walks all dogs are leashed and walked with all gear double checked and fitted effectively. Water is taken on all walks and ensured that fresh water is always available at home. Playtime and cuddles are always encouraged. Daily routines are carefully followed to meet each individual animals needs as specified by their pet parent. House Sitting bookings will be completed alongside my lovely Partner Edward, who has just moved from New Zealand to join me. Alicia was amazing house-sitting with our little Piper while we were away! She communicated daily and multiple times a day sent us pictures of Piper, playing, eating, walking and snuggling! Alicia has a lovely personality and that works well with my dog. She is punctual and true to her word - never cancels at the last minute etc. Additionally, she does her very best to accommodate my schedule, even though hers is so booked up. Sage is a fan and so are we!
