“So this was my first time using Rover and am I glad that I found Julietta on here to take care of my 2 dogs. Not only is Julietta a thorough professional, but she goes out of her way to make sure that your dogs are comfortable. She was very caring and loving towards my dogs. She took amazing care of them. I initially booked for 3 days of boarding but because of a travel issue, we had to leave the dogs with her for 2 more days. She was so accommodating..Even though it was such a stressful situation, she reached out and told me not to worry at all and she would be happy to take care of the dogs for the 2 additional days. She bought them toys. You can tell that she actually loves dogs. My older dog typically has separation anxiety but I could tell that he was very happy when I went to pick him up. He wasn't stressed out as he usually is if I ever have to drop him off at a kennel. I will certainly be going back to Julietta if I ever have to drop off my dogs for a few days.. Bonnie was amazing with Lily our two year old standard poodle. She took care of her for two weeks. This was the first time we’ve left our pet with a non-family member. Bonnie went above and beyond and looked after Lily as if she was her own. Bonnie’s constant communication assured us Lily was happy and doing well. We’ve already booked Bonnie for next year.
Sam, our very shy cocker spaniel, had his first daycare with Geoffrey and Louise yesterday and would seem to have had a great time. After a very comprehensive initial meeting where they both put us at ease we decided to take the plunge and place Sam in their care. This is not a decision we take lightly as he is so precious to us and we have high expectations- both Geoffrey and Louise met those. They provided me (a natural born worrier) with updates and photos throughout the day and Sam looked happy on them, which made me happy too. He is now booked to go for more days and hopefully will form a lovely bond with them.
Jacky and Rocio (and Abby) were great with my dog Muffy. I was gone for almost 2 weeks to Europe and my dog had never stayed with a dogsitter before, so I was a bit nervous. Jacky and Rocio did a great job sending me updates and photos. Unfortunately Muffy had some diarrhea while I was gone, and they kept in close communication with me to let me know how she was doing. They even reached out to my vet for advice to make sure Muffy was OK. I would definitely use them again to dogsit in the future!
This was our first time leaving our 2 year old Morkie, Gigi with a dog sitter through Rover. Portia was the perfect choice, as she is very patient and caring which made our dog instantly feel very comfortable when we left her for an overnight stay. Portia’s home is very clean and she kept us updated through text and pictures on how your fur baby is doing. Portia has a very friendly dog, Simba who was very gentle with Gigi and they enjoyed their walks outdoors. Thanks Portia for taking such good care of Gigi.
