“This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous. After filtering my search criteria and reading a lot of reviews (I wanted to make sure there were repeat visits), I reached out Jacky and Rocio. They were quick to respond, friendly and so patient with me. They answered all my questions and even wanted to learn about my dog. I asked to meet up with them beforehand so that our dogs could meet (to make sure they got along and to calm my first-time jitters 😅). They were more than happy to meet up for a dog walk around their neighbourhood. Jacky and Rocio were very accommodating to our schedule. At drop off, they made the transition so seamless and comfortable (for both myself and my dog). They sent me many updates, photos and videos of their day together over the entire 4 day stay. Honestly, my family and I joked that our dog might not want to come back to us because of how happy she looked in pictures! The pick up was also very efficient. I’m already booking them again for another out of town trip. If you need somebody to look after your fur baby, I highly recommend Jacky and Rocio. They treat your pet like their own.”

About: I love cats!! I have owned cats and unfortunately just lost mine to cancer. I seem to be the person to call when your pet sitter is scared of your cat! I get lots of calls for emergency help from friends because they know how good I am with felines and animals. My house has so many cat toys and games that it looks like I'm the guest. I have treat games for cognitive arousal and entertainment. Lots of hanging toys for stimulation and plenty of great hiding spots (boxes and tents) because we know cats, just love to be in a safe place and watch the humans. I am good with most medication due to past experiences. Of course, am happy to clean the litter boxes and do feedings. I love a good head bump!!

“Mana and Ahmed are wonderful! Our beloved Labrador immediately became part of their family. We received many updates and photos sharing Blue’s day and her adventures with Mana, Ahmed and their dog Ivy. Mana used her personal supply of lick mats and slow feeders to keep Blue engaged and meet her needs. Long walks and/or hikes were a part of each day. We would highly recommend Mana and Ahmed. The two of them made our first adventure with boarding stress free!”
