Hello there! My name is Emma, and I would love to care for your pet. I’m a responsible and attentive pet sitter who genuinely treats every pet like my own. I have experience caring for dogs of different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and I understand that every pet has different needs. I’m especially attentive to keeping pets comfortable, happy, and on their normal schedule while their owners are away. I’m active and love taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and giving them plenty of attention and exercise. I’m also comfortable providing extra care and patience for puppies, senior dogs, and pets who may need a little more attention or reassurance.

Schedule
I'm currently in school from Monday to Wednesday and completely free the rest of the week. So I have plenty of time to play with your pups. Additionally, my classes are flexible during those days, so I can be available for certain periods of time then as well!

I care for every pet as if they were my own, while making sure I follow their individual routine and their owner’s instructions. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, fresh food and water, and lots of affection. I’m also attentive to their behaviour and comfort so I can recognize when something seems unusual or when they need extra care. Whether pets are staying in my home or I’m caring for them in their own home, I focus on keeping them comfortable, safe, and on their normal routine. I’m happy to accommodate different personalities, energy levels, feeding schedules, medications, and other specific needs. My goal is for every pet to feel happy, relaxed, and well cared for while their owner is away.
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy, active, and engaged! Depending on each pet’s personality and energy level, activities may include long walks, playing fetch, tug-of-war, exploring new walking routes, playing with their favourite toys, and plenty of one-on-one attention and cuddles. For dogs who enjoy a little extra enrichment, I’m happy to incorporate simple games, basic commands, and mentally stimulating activities. For cats, I’ll provide interactive play with toys, gentle attention, and lots of enrichment at their own pace. Most importantly, I tailor activities to each pet’s age, personality, and comfort level so they have a fun and positive experience while they’re in my care.

- Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know about their personality, daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions. Please let me know about any medications, allergies, sensitivities, behavioural quirks, or triggers I should be aware of. It’s also helpful to know how they interact with other dogs, cats, children, and new people, as well as anything that makes them nervous or uncomfortable. The more I know about your pet beforehand, the better I can make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away!
