This was my first time using Rover.com and trusting my cats to another person besides my family or neighbour. I knew the first day that Macy came to meet the cats that I had no reason to be concerned. Each day of my trip, I received a quick message updating me on the progress she was making with my very shy cat and the affection she was showing my very needy cat:-). I have two rescue cats, each with very quirky issues and Macy wasn't deterred by their needs. Our pets are family and it was nice to have Macy be part of that family.

Schedule
I am home full time with my 2 year old daughter, which allows me to provide constant supervision, attention, and care throughout the day. Dogs receive full time care with as many potty breaks as needed, along with walks tailored to each dog’s individual energy level and needs.

I provide a safe, comfortable, and fully fenced backyard with a spacious 200sqr foot play area where dogs can play, relax, or nap throughout the day. The space is designed to accommodate different needs whether a dog prefers a furniture crate, open space, or lounging on a couch or bed. It has direct access to both the backyard and the living area, allowing dogs to move freely while being closely supervised. I care for every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, proper care, and a calm, loving environment where they can feel secure and happy.
A typical day
I provide morning, afternoon, and evening walks based on each dog’s energy level and individual needs, along with as many potty breaks as needed throughout the day. Dogs receive plenty of attention and have space to relax and play whether that’s enjoying toys, lounging on the couch, chasing a ball in the backyard, or resting on a dog bed. With owner permission, I also offer enrichment such as lick mats, bones, and puzzle toys for dogs who enjoy staying mentally stimulated. I personalize each dog’s care, as every pup is unique and requires different levels of activity, exercise, and attention.
