I’ve used Jenny’s services a few times now. The first couple visits, everything was fine. Over the last few visits I’ve noticed a clear decline in care, organization, & communication. Every time I pick up Mylo, something is missing or incorrect. His bowl isn’t packed, or I’m given the wrong leash and told it belongs to him. During my most recent visit, things went beyond these small mistakes and became unacceptable. When I arrived, Jenny asked if anything was missing. I told her that Mylo’s bowl and the container I provided for his food were not in his bag. She brought the bowl out about five minutes later, while we waited outside in the cold, & then asked me to wait longer while she searched for the lid. I declined, as I had already given her 20 minutes’ notice before arriving and expected everything to be ready. The notice is given so I can avoid spending another 10-15 minutes outside while she packs up. What concerned me the most was Mylo’s condition. When I asked if he had gone to the potty, Jenny claimed he had not. Mylo was clearly covered in feces, with mud and poop all over his paws and rear side. I even provide his wipes specifically so he can be cleaned. Mylo is a clean freak. He cannot handle feeling dirty, so he was visibly uncomfortable and whining because he had poop stuck on him. I find it very troubling that his washroom break went unnoticed & not addressed, especially while being told he hadn’t gone at all. Jenny has often times claimed Mylo and other dogs she cares of had peed inside her home. 1. Mylo has been home trained for 5 years now. He will cry to use the potty, and will only relieve himself if his cries have been ignored or he’s on medicine. 2. He has been on Rover for 5 years and not one host has ever said Mylo’s peed or pooed inside the house. Not even when he was a puppy. When I later brought this issue up, my message was ignored and the conversation was redirected to something unrelated. Unfortunately, due to these repeated issues and the level of care shown during my last visit, I will not be booking with Jenny again. This is fairly a personal experience and in no ways an attack on Jenny. Maybe she takes care of other dogs well, but unfortunately, ours was met with neglect.

Jenny was amazing with Mylo! She sent plenty of photos and regular updates, which was so reassuring. It was great to see him spending time with other furry friends and having such a fun day. He came home happy and completely tired out! I would definitely recommend her and will absolutely be rebooking. 😊

Jenny and her family were incredible! She made Ollie feel right at home and ensured we felt comfortable by providing consistent photos and videos of his stay! Highly recommend!

Jenny took such great care of Winnie while I was gone on vacation for 2 weeks. Jenny was super responsive and sent lots of content of my girl having fun, going on walks, and hanging with the other dogs and family member. Winnie was even sad when she had to go home with me. I will definitely use Jenny’s services again whenever i need a dog sitter!

Jenny was phenomenal. She took care of my pet like it was her own child. I highly encourage everyone to book with Jenny.
