It was my first time using Rover and Celine made it so easy! I was nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect, but she took the time to explain and also sent me many pictures throughout the day to let me know how my dogs were doing. Even when picking up my dogs, she explained how their day went. It's reassuring to know that my dogs were cared for by Celine, because they had the best care and love. I know who I can reach out to when I need someone to look after my babies!
Dustin is super caring and clearly knows his way around the little ones. That was already clear to us during our meet and greet, when he asked very relevant questions and made thoughtful comments, like asking about our dog’s crate training and mentioning that he prefers to leave dogs in their crates if he needs to step out, for their safety. That immediately made us feel like we could truly trust him. Phoebe stayed with Dustin for the very first time and clearly felt super at ease with him from the beginning. He kept me posted with pictures and videos throughout the day, which made the whole experience even more reassuring.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
