So patient and loving. We were super late due to challenging move logistics song she was completely understanding and accommodating. Total life saver!
We had such a great experience with Jiaming sitting Simba! This was our first time leaving him with her, and she made the whole experience so easy and reassuring for us. She was very attentive and followed all of our instructions regarding his food, potty breaks, pee schedule, and routine perfectly. Simba can be a little dramatic with his food sometimes and didn’t want to eat right away, and Jiaming was genuinely worried about him and kept checking in with us. It was really sweet to see how much she cared and wanted to make sure he was okay. She also kept us updated throughout his stay with lots of photos and videos, which we really appreciated. And the cutest surprise was that she took a Polaroid photo of Simba for us! It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture, and we absolutely loved having that little keepsake of his stay. We’re so happy we found Jiaming and would definitely trust her with Simba again. She’s caring, responsible, attentive, and you can tell she genuinely loves animals. Highly recommend her!

Good communication
Jiaming is very kind and attentive. She asked how I usually walk my dog so she could give him the most familiar experience. She checked in with me whenever she had questions. I’d definitely trust her with your pet—your dog would be in great hands ;)

Schedule
I am a student of UofT and I have time for an extra side job to earn some cash to help with my daily budget. In addition I can also take photos and videos if requested using my pocket 3 or canon g7x or Polaroid for your pets if requested.

I groom them gentally, I have tons of patience and just love them from the bottom of my heart. I feed my dog and cat the best I can find and is not afraid to spend money on them because they are my family and I have the responsibility to take care of them
A typical day
Play fetch with dogs and interactive cat toys with cats. I will also be scratching them and giving them pats to make them feel loved. I also love recording funny moments with animals
