She asked and wrote down every single detail about their habits, toys, emergency vet number beforehand She knows which one is whom since the first day, many people think they are twins regardless. One of my cats have asthma, and unfortunately had one coughing episode during her visit, she described in detail and recorded his breathing patterns, stayed longer just to make sure he was chill and doing okay again. She really calms me down when she kindly offers she could drop by to check in on my boys whenever needed.
