About: Ive had a genuine love for pets since childhood. Even with having multiple cats at home, I would still find cats outside and bring them home to give them food and water. He came to check on Ray and my house within 30 minutes of my request before agreeing to it. He understood my instructions perfectly. He was also flexible enough to accommodate my request to change the time on the first day. For the actual service, he arrived right on time and took care of Ray as instructed, sending me pictures to reassure us. On the second day, he cleaned the litter box, communicated with me, and went upstairs to check on Ray to make sure he was okay. Grace was absolutely amazing! I trust her so much! She even drove by my house before the first visit to make sure she knew where it was (I wasn’t able to have access to my phone for the weekend) so this made me feel at ease.
