About: I’m Erica! I’m really looking forward to working with you and meeting your fur babies! I’m always willing to meet you and your pet(s) at no cost, before I do drop-ins or house sitting. I have grown up with EVERY kind of animal possible! Dogs, cats, lizards, chinchilla, hedgehog, hamsters, Guinea pigs… the list goes on. I've always been involved in the caring and training for the animals in my family. I have lots of experience administering medications, cleaning cages, caring for hyper animals, being very patient, cleaning accidents (the right way), and being an overall loving and compassionate companion for all animals. Whether big or small, your pet(s) will be loved and cared for with patience, compassion, and respect. My goal is to make your pet feel calm, loved, cared for, and receives all the scratches and cuddles they want. I am available to visit for a free consultation at your convenience and/or for house sitting weekdays after 5:30 and weekends any time. I have my own vehicle and am available for all kinds of sitting, whether it’s a long walk, a pee break, or full on house sitting and companionship. Love, compassion, patience, and respect. I will treat your pets as my own. I am always respectful of personal boundaries and any safety precautions put in place. Should any situation arise, I am very calm and resolute and will call you and any necessary emergency services that are required, as well as the Rover service itself. Your pet and their safety and care always comes first, and I am happy to help around the house as needed in respect to cleanliness, changing litter, or cleaning cages.

About: Spending time with animals has always come naturally to me, which is what led me to pet sitting. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from playful huskies to tiny toy poodles, as well as plenty of affectionate cats. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, or senior, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I have a flexible work from home schedule so I’m very flexible with fitting in walks during the day and meeting the unique needs of your pet! I have a spacious deck and backyard, and a dog-friendly park with a huge field near my house that leads to a beautiful trail perfect for walks! Indoors, pets are welcome anywhere in the main floor of my house and in my finished basement. My sister and I usually work together as a team to care for pets when I’m at home.

About: Ive had a genuine love for pets since childhood. Even with having multiple cats at home, I would still find cats outside and bring them home to give them food and water. My friends have also trusted me with their pets due to my experience, and Ive never really met a pet that didn't like me as well. I care for my own pets (2 Russian blue cats), in between being a musician. About: Although I’ve never had my own dog, I’ve taken care of my friends’ pets many times. They would happily give a reference (the dogs) lol. I’m currently working part time and soon I will be quitting my job so I can have more free time to enjoy my summer before starting dental school in the fall. About: I’ve always absolutely loved dogs. When I was little, I’d visit my aunt in Florida every summer—she had five dogs, and I’d be completely in love with them the entire time. That’s when my deep love for dogs began. Later, in university, I adopted my first dog from the humane society. Her name was Clover, and she was a sweet little mix of Chihuahua and dachshund. She became my best friend. When she passed away, I moved to Vancouver and started dog-sitting, which I absolutely loved. I used Rover all the time—it was the perfect way to express my love for dogs after my girl passed, without committing to another pet just yet. I met so many wonderful pups of all sizes and breeds and loved building relationships with each of them. Now that I’m back in Ontario and settled in, I’ve decided to re-offer my services. I also worked at a doggy daycare in Toronto, where I got to see the pure joy in dogs’ faces as they reunited with their friends every day, and the love in their owners’ faces when they picked them up at the end of the day. I just love dogs so much, and I truly understand how important they are to us. They’re family, and I take that to heart in everything I do.
