Ella is amazing with my dog Milo. He’s always so happy to she her when she picks him up for his walk. She’s attentive and caring towards him and you can tell that in how he reacts to seeing her. She provides lots of updates and photos and so flexible. Highly recommend and have booked with her multiple times.
I can’t recommend Hau Yee (Ella) enough!! It was my first time leaving my senior (medically compromised) dog with a dog sitter, so naturally I was very anxious. Ella made the entire process so easy, asking important questions about Mio’s routine & medication schedule. She made me feel so comfortable the entire weekend, updating me constantly with texts and photos during Mio’s stay. Thankyou so much Ella (&thankyou to your boyfriend) for taking such good care of both Mio & I during this process. When I picked Mio up, he looked so happy and relaxed! I will be booking again in the future!
Our dog has a nice stay at Ella’s place. She is very easy to work with and quick in responding messages. We were able to set up a short introductory session to get to know her and introduce my dog Boots. During the stay, she also provided updates with photos to reassure us. Highly recommended!
Ella and her boyfriend took great care of Fanny:) She had plenty of great time outdoors and clearly felt very comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!

Schedule
I work part-time in marketing on weekdays and teach yoga classes throughout the week. My schedule outside of those commitments is flexible, which allows me to plan pet care around walks, feeding times, playtime, potty breaks, and overnight stays. I’m available for pet care during mornings, evenings, and weekends. I’m also happy to work with each pet’s routine and make sure they receive plenty of calm, attentive, and unrushed care when I’m with them. 🐾

Safety and trust are my top priorities. I follow all pet care instructions carefully, whether at your home or mine, and maintain a clean, secure environment at all times. For in-home visits, I make sure doors and windows are securely closed, pets are never left unattended in unsafe spaces, and their routine is followed closely to reduce stress. I also provide daily updates and photos so you can see that your pet is safe, happy, and cared for. If hosting pets in my home (boarding), I ensure the space is pet-friendly, calm, and comfortable, with separate areas for feeding, litter, and rest if needed. I supervise pets, keep hazardous items out of reach, and maintain a safe, hygienic environment.
A typical day
A typical day with your pet will be filled with routine, care, and play. I make sure to follow your pet’s usual schedule for feeding, potty breaks, and rest, so they feel comfortable and secure. During the day, I’ll spend time playing with toys, engaging in gentle interactive games, or offering cozy cuddle time, depending on what your pet enjoys. For dogs, I can provide short walks or backyard play to burn off energy safely. For cats, I focus on interactive play, treats, and gentle attention to keep them happy and stimulated. I also provide daily updates and photos, so you can see that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for throughout the day.

Knowing these details ahead of time ensures I can follow their routine, keep them safe, and make them feel comfortable and happy while you’re away.
