She did a pre-drop-in visit and patiently listened to all my concerns as a first-time Rover user worried about leaving my two babies home alone. My dog, Chance, is an almost 90lb Labrador who is wary of strangers, but Sophia was incredibly capable of building trust with him. She even brought toys from her own home to play with him! She also bonded with my cat, Cathy, very well. Sophia sent numerous photos and videos during her visits and even insisted on walking Chance despite the cold weather. She is truly passionate about animals and very observant. For example, she noticed Cathy had moved her cat bed and asked if she should put it back. She even picked up a delivery for us that arrived earlier than expected! It was a pleasure working with Sophia. Chance and Cathy like her a lot, and I cannot wait to have her watch them again during my next trip.”

About: I love all types of animals. I know how to train little puppies and I’m pretty sure I did a great job in training my own fur baby! I will make sure to keep them busy and active. I am fully experienced in administering medications for both dogs and cats. Always on top of cleaning their food and water bowl and providing fresh water and make sure they have full and easy access to food and water at all times. Fully experienced with bathing small dogs. Comfortable taking dogs for a walk. Also, my favourite activities are puppy yoga, cat yoga, goat yoga and visiting animal farms and sanctuaries. At the moment, I have a full time job. I am free after 6:00PM on weekdays and fully available on weekends. I love to spend my free times with animals. Caring for pets in my house or a client’s house involves various tasks such as feeding, providing fresh water, exercising, grooming, and cleaning up after them. About: I've been dog walking and spending time with pets my entire life. I started walking my neighbor's golden when I was a kid and I loved getting to spend time outside with such a wonderful companion. I love exploring nature almost as much as dogs themselves. I'm currently in school that is hybrid (most courses are online) which keeps my day to day schedule pretty flexible. I'm good for early morning walks/visits as early as 7am and can also do late nights if need be. I am a tidy person. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since age 9. From small ones such as birds and fish to cats and dogs. I currently own a Bengal cat, but have previously owned a cocker spaniel, Doberman, and pitbull. I have also dealt with animals that have separation anxiety. “I apologize for my delayed review; I was busy catching up on my work. I was really pleased that Qian accepted my request, even though it was last minute. He came to check on Ray and my house within 30 minutes of my request before agreeing to it. He understood my instructions perfectly. He was also flexible enough to accommodate my request to change the time on the first day. For the actual service, he arrived right on time and took care of Ray as instructed, sending me pictures to reassure us. On the second day, he cleaned the litter box, communicated with me, and went upstairs to check on Ray to make sure he was okay. About: I have been dog sitting and dog walking for over a decade, I have worked for local businesses as a dog walker, I’ve been a dog owner for almost 8 years, and I know what dog need, love, attention, lots of walking, lots of petting, and someone that will care for them just like they were their own. My work is in the evenings between 3 PM and 8:30 PM, so I have lots of time during the day and lots of time at night to make sure that your little one is walked well and will be taken care of during the day while you’re at work! About: Ive had a genuine love for pets since childhood. Even with having multiple cats at home, I would still find cats outside and bring them home to give them food and water. My friends have also trusted me with their pets due to my experience, and Ive never really met a pet that didn't like me as well. I care for my own pets (2 Russian blue cats), in between being a musician. I embrace their healing properties (Like their purring, that is even used for acoustic therapy for bone healing in humans!), I enjoy educating myself about what they need to thrive. My 2 cats (mom and her son) keep each other company daily, they both enjoy going outside but the little one only roams in the backyard when he feels like running around and munching on grass.
