“We had an outstanding experience using Rover, and can not say enough wonderful things about the care our dog, Miley, received from Hao! From the very beginning, Hao was professional, communicative, and incredibly kind. He made us feel completely at ease leaving Miley in his care. Throughout her boarding stay, he sent regular photos and videos, which meant so much to us. seeing Miley happy, relaxed, and having fun gave us total peace of mind. Hao’s home is perfectly set up for dogs, especially his spacious backyard, where Miley had plenty of room to run, explore, and play. It was clear she was getting not just supervision, but genuine attention, exercise, and affection. When we picked her up, she was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Hao truly went above and beyond, and it’s obvious he treats the pets he watches like family.
