“This was my first time leaving our dog with a stranger.Xin and her family are incredibly caring. Our dog was with her for 10 days. The first two days she sent photos throughout the day until my family felt comfortable. Thereafter, every evening pictures and a video were sent from what she had taken throughout the day. When my dog wasn’t behaving with her dog, she listened to my advice and the dogs became good friends that played together. Pictures and videos were shown of them playing a tug-of-war with a toy, wrestling and snuggled up sleeping together. She even trimmed my dog’s front paws. I would definitely leave my dog with Xin many times over when we go away.”

About: I'm a Nurse, so calm-under-pressure and close attention to detail are basically my job description — and that carries right over into how I care for pets. I'm comfortable with medication schedules, mobility issues, post-surgery recovery, and knowing when something's "off" and worth a vet call versus not. My husband and I care for pets together — he's dog CPR certified, and has raised six dogs of his own from puppy to senior years, so he's seen it all: teething, training, arthritis, end-of-life care. He usually handles walks and meal prep, so your dog gets a consistent routine and someone who genuinely enjoys the daily stuff, not just the cuddles. Between the two of us, we've also got two dogs of our own at home — a 6-year-old Boxer/Bully mix and a 13-year-old Corgi/Terrier mix — so we know both ends of the spectrum: high-energy young dogs and senior dogs who need a gentler pace. Your pet gets treated like they’re part of the pack. Right now I'm off assignment until November, so I'm home full-time and available pretty much any day. My husband also works from home, so between the two of us there's basically always someone around for potty breaks, feeding, and check-ins throughout the day — not just early morning and evening like a typical 9-5 household. Believe it or not, I treat pets better than humans 🤣 it's embarrassing to say it but they give you unconditional love, so why not give unconditional love back? “Hiro stayed with Hao and his family for over 2 weeks ans at this point, Hiro already gets excited whenever he realizes he’s staying with Hao and his lovely family again 🐶💛 He has stayed with them a few times before for doggy sitting and boarding, so seeing how comfortable, happy, and familiar he already was with them made us feel even more confident leaving him for over 2 weeks while we were away on our honeymoon. As fur parents, being away from Hiro for that long was honestly not easy, but Hao constantly sent us the cutest photos and videos throughout his entire stay which gave us so much peace of mind. Seeing Hiro happily playing, relaxing, cuddling, going on walks, and enjoying his little vacation made us feel completely at ease while we were away. You can truly tell how much Hao and his family love and care for dogs. Hiro wasn’t treated like just another dog being boarded — he was genuinely welcomed and cared for like part of their family already. It was so heartwarming to see how loved, spoiled, comfortable, and happy he was every single day. “This was my first time leaving our dog with a stranger.Xin and her family are incredibly caring. Our dog was with her for 10 days. The first two days she sent photos throughout the day until my family felt comfortable. Thereafter, every evening pictures and a video were sent from what she had taken throughout the day. When my dog wasn’t behaving with her dog, she listened to my advice and the dogs became good friends that played together. Pictures and videos were shown of them playing a tug-of-war with a toy, wrestling and snuggled up sleeping together. She even trimmed my dog’s front paws. I would definitely leave my dog with Xin many times over when we go away.”
