He engaged with our dog Monroe very quickly and the two were well on their way. He made us feel very confident in our decision and we headed out for our weekend. He provided pictures and videos of them playing and cuddling all throughout the day, evening and next morning. He was great with communicating with us through the app the entire time. When we got home the house was exactly how we left it and our pup Monroe pleasantly tired. We are looking forward to our next booking in September. Joanna was fantastic! She looked after our Golden Doodle who is has anxiety and my quirks. Not only did she provide excellent care where I felt confident being away but with her understanding of animals was able to meet my Dog where he was at and create a bond with my Dog where he felt less anxious. I would highly recommend her and so grateful to have met her as she is a kind person with a love for animals!
Silvia was absolutely amazing and we loved having her here with Pluto! She was attentive, took him on several extra walks/long walks, and ensured to keep us updated several times a day without us having to ask!
