About: Hello, My fourteen year old son and I are experienced, responsible and compassionate animal friend carers with great references. We have been boarding and walking dogs my son's entire life. We love animals, even the human variety. Caring for others is very fulfilling and a great learning experience for my son, who is proving to be a wonderful apprentice. About: I helped and continue to help look after my sister’s small dog for many years. I started when he was younger and now into old age. I have also helped look after an older and bigger dog for a few months, while their health unfortunately declined. Looking to gain more experience and knowledge for all sorts of lovely dogs. I’m currently working full-time as a Pharmacy Assistant, I have availability early mornings and in the evenings as well as some weekends. I may also have availability during the day on a few week days. Pet care in own home includes; providing sufficient water and food throughout the day, taking outside for bodily functions either on property or a walk. Picking up after when outside/on a walk and properly disposing of it. Making sure pet has collar and leash on when needed. Providing treats every so often. Cleaning off dog when needed from being outside in the elements I.E. rain/mud. Making sure to keep away from other dogs that are not known to each other. Same as above for clients home and outside of the home as well as providing updates and photos of their dog/pet. Also administering medication when required.

About: I’ve had animals in my life for as long as I can remember and have experience caring for all kinds of pets. I have my own dog, whom I’ve trained and care for every day, giving me hands-on experience with training, exercise, feeding, and providing lots of love and attention. I’m patient and responsible, and I'll treat every pet like my own. I’m currently in Teachers College, so my schedule is flexible and allows me to fit pet care into my daily routine. I love staying active and working out, so I’d be happy to include walks, playtime, and plenty of exercise with your pet while also giving them lots of attention and care. Some things to note about my schedule: As mentioned, I am currently in teachers college. I’m in a placement from September 21–October 26, Monday–Friday from 9:00–3:30, but I do have an hour lunch break each day, so I may be able to work something out depending on what time you’re looking for. I’ll also be away for school November 14–December 18 to which I won’t be available. Then I’ll have another placement January–February. Outside of those times, I have more flexibility. I’ll provide care in my clients’ homes, following each pet’s usual routine and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’ll keep up with feeding, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions, while giving them lots of attention and making sure their home is kept clean and secure.

About: I absolutely love cats and always want to be around them. I’ve always wanted to take care of cats, and now that I've gotten the opportunity to do that (through having cats of my own), I'd love for that to be a constant in my life. They’re funny, and literally the best companions you could ask for. My experience is wide-ranged as I've taken care of cats with different health issues such as CKD. This also stretches into personality types, with my most common being anxious personalities; however, this is not a limitation! I do have a part time job at the moment which does limit drop in and house sitting requests, but I am still open to discussing any requests made! I am now at home at all times, which means that I can factor in cat care at all hours! If there are any changes or caveats, I'd likely make it known during booking. I like to attend to pets as they see fit. Taking care of their daily needs and finding ways to cancel out boredom, with things like toys, and cat mazes. My main priority is also the cat’s safety. So, making sure that I pick up after myself (because cats are sneaky) is something that I try to reinforce.
