Prior to arriving, Mark had already asked all the questions regarding our dog’s usual routine and care, and so we knew that once again our pup would be in great hands. Mark’s willingness to attend to the little things (doggy tooth brushing and wrapping a new foot wound daily) was so appreciated. He sent frequent “pupdates” so we could feel like we were constantly in the loop with how our pup was doing. We have had issues with leaving our pup with others in the past where we returned to find her super stressed out with diarrhea, etc., but this was not the case after a week with Mark - our dog was happy, healthy, and seemed like she had an amazing week under Mark’s care. Further, Mark left our home spotless. We are so grateful for Mark’s fantastic care!”
