About: I have worked in a doggie boarding kennel for a couple summers; looked after all kinds of dogs big and small for friends and family. Currently very flexible, working part time and seeking a second job. I am typically available throughout weekdays, but open on weekends at the moment as well. I have a small but spacious studio apartment for short visits that welcomes pets. I also have access down to the beach (approximately a 30 minute walk).

About: Besides caring for my own two cute Frenchies, I previously worked at a dog daycare and hotel, where I looked after dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Some dogs love long walks and playtime, while others prefer cuddles and calm company, and I’m happy to give them exactly what they need to feel safe and happy 🐾 I also had experience assisting during basic veterinary procedures and administering medications, which means I’m comfortable caring for pets that may need extra attention or special care. More recently, I’ve worked with different families providing dog walking and overnight stays, making sure their pets stay active, stimulated, and never feel lonely while their owners are away. I currently work a part-time job, which allows me to offer walks and drop-in visits in the early mornings and afternoons/evenings during the week, as well as flexible availability on weekends. During drop-ins, I always follow the routine your pet is already used to, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and their favorite activities or habits. Whether it’s a walk or a visit, you can always expect photos, videos, and updates about your pet! I know how it feels to be away from your furry family members... All the dogs i’ve worked with tend to have big personalities, so if you’ve got a lil diva on your hands i’ve got you covered! I’ve done anything from a 3 hour walk+feed shift to full weekends/overnights, so I’m flexible to your needs! My current housing situation won’t allow for me to board pets at my home, however as a house sitter I am clean, organized, and considerate. I prioritize fun and safety in my pet care, while remaining mindful of the owner and the pooch’s wants and needs. I run on a firm schedule to ensure that feedings and walks are done at the right time, with lots of time in between for play!

If they need a bit of decompression, I’ll keep my eye on them but leave space. If they need to be Velcroed to me, I’ll be clinging next to them. I want their experience with me to best match what they are use to. I’m comfortable adjusting approaches as needed and think flexibly in my care is key! I want to work with you to ensure your pet builds trust with me as well as you.

Wow, we cannot say enough wonderful things about Arisa! We were so worried to leave our incredibly shy and anxious kitty Osha for 10 days, but she warmed up to Arisa so quickly. She gave us detailed updates every day with photos of Osha as well as any updates around the house while we were gone. We came home to a perfectly happy and content kitty, she acted like we weren’t even away - which was a first! Osha requires a lot of patience and time to build trust, but we could tell that she was very comfortable with Arisa very quickly, and started acting like herself in no time. A huge bonus that the house was clean and tidy when we came back, which is always appreciated after a long journey. We are so grateful that we have found Arisa to look after our kitty and home whenever we are away, and will absolutely be booking her again in the future! Thank you Arisa! Our two mini schnauzers enjoyed an amazing 2 weeks with Briana, allowing us to take an extended vacation with peace of mind that they'd be happy and comfortable in their own home. From the start, Briana was friendly, proactive, and communicative as we met to assess fit. As our booking approached, we met again and had a lovely walk together to get a feel for handling the dogs, explore familiar routes, and discuss any final details about the housesitting and dog care. We got lovely photos and messages almost every day while we were away, detailing our dogs' exercise and adventures; we really appreciated all the open and friendly dialogue. Briana was a perfect guest and did a great job looking after the house; everything was immaculate. We honestly think the dogs are a little depressed to see her go home, but we look forward to booking her again for our next trips!
Phoebe has looked after Clutch twice now and has been really patient with her. Clutch is an anxious dog and can be nervous when she's warming up to someone new but I could tewll she had opened up by the photos Phoebe sent. Will definitely have them come again and recommend!

We were so lucky to find such an incredibly kind, flexible, and sweet sitter for our little “nervous nelly” 🐶. She stayed with our dog in the hotel room while we explored a few places in Toronto where pets weren’t allowed, and she was absolutely amazing. She kept us updated the entire time with photos and videos, gave our nervous pup constant attention and comfort, and truly never left her side for a second. Sandy was awesome! She kept in good communication as we were a bit worried because our cat had been a bit bitey the last time we went away. She was able to handle Boone with ease and made him feel comfortable and not abandoned! When we came home we knew he had been well cared for. She washed out all his food bowls, played with him, let him in and out and kept him entertained and content while we were away. Maddie took such great care of Winnie and Charlie, and our home, during our week away, and we couldn't be happier! From the start, she was attentive to their individual needs, including managing their separate diets and food routines. She even helped administer IV fluids for Winnie alongside our vet tech, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing Winnie was in such capable hands. Maddie treated our home with the utmost respect- she stripped and washed the bed linens, ran the dishwasher before leaving, and left everything spotless. It truly felt like she cared for our space as if it were her own. To top it all off, she sent lovely updates and photos throughout the week so we could see how our fur babies were doing. We feel so relieved to have found her and can't wait to book with her again!

Leann took on a big puppy sitting challenge with our girl Kermit The Dog! Kermit had a leg surgery a few days before Leann arrived to dogsit for the week - not only did she keep up on her puppy training, took her for buggy walks for a change of scene, kept her activity to a minimum and her cast clean and dry (no small feat) but she managed giving medication and even took her to her vet for a bandage change mid-visit. We got updates and pics everyday and we’re sure Kermit was missing her new friend when we got back home. I soul recommend Leann for pet sitting to anyone - if there was a sixth star, I would have given it!
