“Yibo did a phenomenal job of looking after our cats, Karl and Lionel while we were away. He was incredibly caring, attentive and thorough and he really took this responsibility seriously. Yibo updated us regularly on how the cats were doing. He provided important details in his updates and sent lots of photos. He also asked really good questions and was overall very thoughtful and kind. One of our cats has asthma and Yibo was very committed and diligent with giving him his asthma spray. She was able to manage well giving our senior dog her medications. We had to make a last min flight change due to the WestJet strike and she was very flexible to help us out. Coco was great with my cats! She provided regular updates with photos, which I really appreciated. She paid extra attention to my cat who had an episode of throwing up once. She was prompt in her responses and she left the house clean at the end of her stay. Highly recommend her.
Tara was absolutely amazing helping me feel calm and at ease leaving my cat for 10 days. I am super anxiously attached to him as he is to me and she made it so easy for both of us! You could tell how much she cared, she asked so many excellent questions to get to know him and his needs and to understand how stressed I was to leave him. My cat absolutely adored her and she was so great at keeping in contact with me and sending updates with pictures and videos every day. I could see how happy he was around her and how comfortable he was with her. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Joseb was absolutely great with Kuma! He stayed at my place for 10 days, and everything went perfectly. He was reliable, caring, and very attentive to Kuma’s needs. I came back to a happy dog and a clean apartment, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. I would definitely recommend Joseb and would happily have him take care of Kuma again!
Kruisha sat for our cat James over the long weekend. She was quick to respond to my request and to coordinate weekend coverage on short notice. She stayed at our place so our cat wouldn’t be lonely at night. She also administered insulin 2x a day as James has diabetes. Her check ins and photo updates were a lovely touch to ease any fur parents mind. I came home to happy kitty and my home just as I’d left it. Would definitely recommend!
Stacey stayed with our 14-year old cockapoo Ruby while we were away for two weeks. Ruby requires medication and to have a brace put on her leg when she goes outside and she also needs to be carried up and downstairs. We were a little nervous about leaving her for this vacation but as soon as we met Stacey a little while prior to our departure we felt reassured by her confidence and calm manner. Stacey kept Ruby on a good routine and cared for her extremely well She kept in touch with us on a daily basis and sent lots of pictures. It was wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that Ruby was in such good hands. She also left our home, including our plants, in perfect condition. Chelsea is amazing! Reliable, prompt, communicative and so warm and caring! My 9 week old puppy Poppy loved her! As Poppy is still house and potty training, Chelsea made sure to watch her every move and take her out every hour! She also sent me many pictures through out the day so I knew she was in good care! Debra was absolutely wonderful with our cat, Ricky! She was so sweet and caring with him, and we really appreciated how responsive she was throughout her stay. We had such a great experience with Faolán! She stayed at our house for the weekend and took such amazing care of our dog. He has epilepsy and needs his medication on a pretty strict schedule, but she was so calm, caring, and attentive with him, which really put us at ease.
