He came to check on Ray and my house within 30 minutes of my request before agreeing to it. He understood my instructions perfectly. He was also flexible enough to accommodate my request to change the time on the first day. For the actual service, he arrived right on time and took care of Ray as instructed, sending me pictures to reassure us. On the second day, he cleaned the litter box, communicated with me, and went upstairs to check on Ray to make sure he was okay. She had lots of toys for our power chewer dog Lola and allowed our cozy sensitive dog Stella to cuddle with her during the day. Janet’s backyard is a good size to let them out on those terrible weather days but otherwise they got lots of walks. She sent pictures at least twice a day to let us know what they were doing. She shared some thoughtful observations on how Ernie preferred being approached and touched which I appreciated. Sophie took great care of Ernie when he came down with a case of gastro, bringing him to the vet, monitoring his intake and outputs, and ensuring he rested appropriately. When we left to go home, Ernie didn’t want to leave and seemed to be was wondering why we didn’t bring her home in the car with us. I’m very grateful we found her!!”
