Pet care experience
Home away from home for ur Pawsome
Hi, I’m Sanjay — a lifelong dog lover and proud pet parent to Zane, my friendly and well‑trained 3‑year‑old German Shepherd. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10, and over the years, friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me with everything from walks to feeding, medication routines, and general pet care. I work a hybrid schedule (three days in the office), but I’m flexible and available for walks and drop‑in visits throughout the week and on weekends. I focus on reliable communication, punctuality, and making sure every pup feels safe, comfortable, and understood. Your dog will get: • Consistent, attentive care • Structured walks tailored to their energy level • Drop‑ins with feeding, playtime, and check‑ins • A calm, pet‑friendly home environment if needed for brief visits • A friendly resident dog (Zane!) who loves meeting new buddies I treat every dog like my own - with patience, affection, and respect for their unique personality and routine.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are at the center of how I care for pets. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your pup is in good hands. Whether I’m visiting your home or taking your dog out for a walk, I follow a consistent routine focused on comfort, structure, and awareness. In Your Home (Drop‑In Visits) • Routine consistency — I follow your dog’s existing schedule for feeding, walks, medication, and playtime so they feel secure and relaxed. • Home safety — I make sure doors are locked, gates are secured, and your pet stays in their designated safe areas. • Clean environment — I tidy up food bowls, wipe paws if needed, and ensure your home is left exactly as I found it. • Clear communication — You’ll receive updates, photos, and notes after every visit so you always know how your pup is doing. During Walks • Leash safety — I use secure leashing, avoid unsafe areas, and keep full control at all times. • Weather awareness — I adjust walk length and pace based on heat, cold, or rain to keep your dog comfortable. • Behavior monitoring — I pay close attention to your dog’s body language and energy level, avoiding overstimulation or stressful encounters.

Schedule
As a dog owner myself, caring for Zane is already part of my everyday life — feeding, structured walks, playtime, and outdoor breaks — so integrating care for other pets fits naturally into my routine. I’m used to managing different energy levels and personalities, and I make sure every pup gets the same level of attention and care I give my own.

- Before I care for any pet, I like to understand their routine, personality, and any special needs so I can give them the safest and most comfortable experience. A few things that really help: • Daily routine — feeding times, walk schedule, bathroom habits, and any house rules they follow. • Temperament — whether they’re shy, energetic, anxious, or reactive in certain situations. • Leash behavior — how they handle walks, pulling, meeting other dogs, or encountering distractions. • Medical needs — allergies, medications, past injuries, or anything I should monitor. • Triggers or sensitivities — loud noises, other dogs, certain people, or specific environments. • Favorite activities — toys, games, or comfort routines that help them feel happy and relaxed. • Commands they know — sit, stay, recall, or any cues you use at home. • Emergency contacts — vet details and how you prefer to be reached during visits. Knowing these details helps me tailor walks and drop‑ins to your dog’s needs, keep them safe, and make sure they feel comfortable while you’re away.
