Lucy and Joe were very attentive and followed our routine for Hallie. They shared regular updates during her stay and gave great honest feedback when we picked her up. We are so happy we found Lucy! She took such wonderful care of Nikki today and kept us updated with messages and photos throughout the day, which we really appreciated. Lucy and Joe take such excellent care of Phoebe! She was with them for over a week and they did a wonderful job making her feel comfortable. Lots of updates to ease my mind.
