Leaving my diabetic and blind Miniature Poodle in someone else’s care was understandably stressful, but from the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease. Zsuzsanna is incredibly caring, patient, and truly knowledgeable about managing diabetic dogs and the special attention that blind dogs require. She handled my little girl’s needs with confidence and compassion, which meant the world to me. Throughout her stay, Zsuzsanna sent me regular photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was heartwarming to see how happy, relaxed, and comfortable my dog was in her care. When I picked her up, she was content, cheerful, and clearly had a wonderful time. It was obvious that Zsuzsanna treated her as if she were one of her own dogs. I am so grateful to have found someone I trust completely with my precious girl. I would wholeheartedly recommend Zsuzsanna to anyone looking for a loving, reliable, and experienced pet sitter, especially for dogs with special medical needs. She is truly exceptional.
