I work from home, sometimes for 8 hours a day, but mostly less than 4 hours a day. A typical day for your dogs will be waking at approximately 7 am. They'll get outside potty and play time until breakfast at 8 am. Depending on my work schedule and their ability to relax, they'll either get quiet time in my office while I work or in their crates. We'll go out to the yard again around noon to potty and to play and then more quiet time for the afternoon (every time I get a break, the dogs get potty/play time) If I'm not working or have a short day, we may get out to a local conservation area for a run too. Dinner is around 5 pm to 6 pm, more yard time and then bedtime when I go to bed. All dogs must be friendly. At the very least, I expect them to get along with or happily ignore the other dogs in my house. All dogs in my care receive one-on-one playtime in the yard each day. All dogs will get lazy/rest time throughout the day I prefer dogs who are able to be crated or, at the very least, are able to kept contained when I'm not home. I never leave strange dogs loose together when I'm not there to supervise. I feed your dogs on whatever schedule they are accustomed to. Dogs must be fully vaccinated (particularly for bordatella) and must be on flea and tick treatment

I have a fenced backyard, a human- and dog-friendly Husky to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog if you prefer. We have a home where they will be comfortable. About: Dogs bring so much joy wherever they go, and I've always wanted to own one. Alas, I haven't gotten the priviledge. But I've always had a big interest in them, and have done my research on their body language and training techniques. My aunts have a lot of dogs, and they taught me how to care for them. They will be in good hands! I'm a morning person with a lot of free time, so I should be able to care for your pet up to the evening if necessary. I'm unavailable on Tuesdays and Sundays. If any event comes up during the week and I become unavailable, I will be upfront about it. Of course, as I will not be staying at my own house, I will treat the property with respect, and your pet will too! Dogs will be given consistent walks at least 2-3 times a day. Cats will have play time and a clean litter box. I will pay attention to your pet's mood and body language, and ensure they have a comfortable time under my care. About: I come from a pet loving family. We have owned 2 dogs and 5 cats. I have 6+ yrs experience working for a vet hospital and for a pet sitting and dog walking company. I work as a full-time teacher for the Peel District School board but am available for dog walks and or drop ins for cats in the evenings and boarding in my home on weekends. I have a fenced in backyard and live in a bungalow. I have two male italian greyhounds - a 10lb 4r old named Moose and a new pup named Luigi. Both dogs are friendly with other dogs and people. We live in a dog friendly neighbourhood backing onto a park.

I have raised and trained puppies, cared for senior dogs, loved and accommodated rescues. I no longer have my own pups and am happy to visit with new ones anytime! Every dog has their own personality and lifestyle, you just need to tell me their routine and history, I'll make sure they are happy and comfortable! I have a flexible, dog friendly job. With notice I can rearrange my week to hang out with a furry friend at my house! If they are ok in the car I can bring them with me on my dog friendly daily routine, or I can keep them in their preferred environment, you tell me what they like! I do not have a yard but live on a park. There are no fences so your dog must be on a leash with me. If they stay at my home they have lots of space to be comfortable and if they aren't good being alone, don't worry, I don't like leaving dogs alone!

“We had our German shepherd Luna, stay with Amy & Josh for almost 2 months and we highly recommend them! She was taken such good care of and we are so happy with how her time with them went. Luna is also on certain medication and a specific diet, which they followed well. This has always been our concern when leaving her with sitters, but she never had any set backs with her health. They were communicative while we were away and always kept us in the loop. Pictures and videos were shared which was super nice. They are extremely knowledgeable about dogs and will be booking with them again.”
