(Only when all parties are notified in advance and agrees) 👩❤️👨 Booking with a couple is inherently insurance: The nightmare scenario is if you're away, believing everything is covered for your furbaby, and then the sitter can't provide. Wilson and Jane were amazing with Pepper. They were able to accommodate him on short notice, and it was clear when we picked him up that he had been happy, comfortable, and very well cared for. They kept us updated and gave us complete peace of mind while he was with them. I would highly recommend Wilson and Jane and will definitely trust them with Pepper again!
Jan and Wilson were wonderful to work with. This is the first time I’ve ever had a “stranger“ watch my nearly six-year-old chocolate lab. My daughter and I traveled to Toronto from Massachusetts, and I had planned all along to hire someone when we went to the Blue Jays game. Jan and Wilson came to me for a meet and greet. My dog responded well to them right away. Because parking is such a hassle, being able to choose the option for them to both pick up and drop off my dog meant I didn’t have to move my car, and was well worth it to me. While at the game, I received a couple picture updates and texts. Was honestly anxious about the whole thing , but it couldn’t have gone better. They both seemed to genuinely enjoy and like my dog, which made me feel great. I would highly recommend them.
Jan and Wilson were fantastic. It was clear right away that they really know dogs so I felt confident that they’d take great care of my dog Theo. She was quite nervous on the first walk, and Jan spent extra time to build trust and help Theo feel safe before ultimately getting her out for a walk (which Theo initially refused to do!). They are also very responsive and on top of things. Will absolutely book them again!
Wilson and Jan were great! They were very quick to reply and you can tell they genuinely care about dogs. When they go on the walk with your dog, they'll send you a live GPS tracker and they also log where/when your pup went (#1 or #2). They were also super patient because the power went out in my building during the walk.

🗓️ As a full time care team we spend the day and nights making sure your furbabies are cozy and comfy, while hopefully becoming one of their favourite humans too! ✓ Available all day, including night time interruptions ✓ Always ready to check in on your furry loved ones to make sure they are safe and their wellbeing is cared for! 🌳🥎 We live near 3 different dog parks along with a parkette 1 minute from our home; we have plenty of choices for your best buddy to socialise! Whether that be sunrise or sunset, at our home or at yours, we are present to make sure our care matches your expectations and your loved one's needs! ✓ Riverdale Park West (largest off leash park in Toronto) is a short walk away!

🏡 Our home is a smoke-free with no kids or additional pets. We have a fenced backyard in a quiet comfy townhouse complex! We can guarantee the following and more: ✓ Patient observation of behaviour with strict adherence to your instructions and expectations. ✓ Build trust patiently before engaging, we will not force any interactions. ✓ Ensuring fresh water is always available from start to finish. ✓ Safe, supervised interactions during outside and play time. ✓ If staying at our home we will mirror all the rules established from your home so their behaviour will stay the same when they return. ✓ We will respect your home and all the rules provided. We will stay only where you allow us and follow all restrictions. We will do all that is instructed and by the time you return everything will be as you wish. Examples of the care we provide: • Feed your furry best buddy according to your directions, change and wash up aallll the bowls • Walks and check-ins any time • Enrichment activities and playtime (tug of war, fetch, etc) • Clean up any accidents, if requested bathe them • Send you updates on any schedule you desire, and however you want it; photos, videos, audio and video calls! • Train commands (this will depend on the pet and we will work together to see how we can reach your goals!) • An absolute, seemingly endless, mountain of affection and attention to any and all pets!
A typical day
⚡ We love trying out various enrichment activities with each and every furball! Until they break out of their shell we will employ loving patience before furbaby funtime; or utilize play as a way to bond. Not to mention showering them with all the endless affection and attention they deserve. Whether it be full body rubs or cuddles, your pets will always know they're loved- as they should! If applicable, engagement include but aren't limited to: ✓ Rope/string toys, playing with their pull or grab tendecies. ✓ Chasing a light or ball, hunting instincts with animal toys. ✓ DIY puzzles: hiding treats inbetween layered and folded towels, around the room, in and under toys, and so on. ✓ Walks to get that much needed fresh air, sun, and social (doggy media) time! ✓ City designated off leash parks for even more social time! ✓ Safe and gentle physical play for skin-to-skin bonding! ✓ Of course, limitless rubs and scratches!

- (FORMATTING IS BROKEN, IT'S NOT US) Bookings under 24/12hrs may observe a small surcharge to fit in your request. For pick up and drop off at our home please give reasonable advanced notice (2+hrs) in the event you can't arrive at the agreed times. It affects our ability to care for other furbabies if we don't have the information to plan accordingly. A late fee will be added for every 30minutes past the agreed time without reasonable notice. ❗Please let us know in advance if any of these needs are required so we can provide extra care towards them: • Medication, special diets, and allergies • Special care (no lifting, jumping, post surgery, etc) • Schedules or routines (meals, walking, paw cleaning, etc) • Their vet details in case of emergencies • Their personality and quirks! So we can match their energy (cues for potty breaks, attention, food, prey drive etc) • Physical needs (reduce excess energy, increase activity, etc) • Mental wellness needs so we can ensure your furbabies have the most relaxed and comfy time! (Anxieties, companionship needs, boredom, overstimulation, etc) IF APPLICABLE *🚦 When providing care far away from our home: We are willing to travel long distances, especially with urgent bookings or emergencies. We also need to respect our time along with the wear and tear from travel. We may add a small surcharge on bookings where we have to travel farther than usual and only on an once a week basis. ** 🥰 Requiring additional, continuous hands-on love: We strive to provide reliable and excellent care within reason. If your loved one cannot be on their own for more than 4 hours, meaning consistent hands-on and/or intermittent overnight attention, we may apply a surcharge for going above and beyond regular expectations. Applicable only to overnight bookings. *** 💉🩹📝 Intact furbabies and medication: We are welcoming and accommodating to all the lovable furbabies. We understand and are considerate of everyone's preferences or medical choices. That said we may add a small surcharge to help with the extra care that is sometimes required with intact or medicated pups. Additional care may include but is not limited to: • Extra cleaning from marking in the home • Extra diapers for females in heat • Tight timing or precise controlled medication regimens • Accommodating specific behavioural patterns • Large pets requiring extra physical assistance, mobility support, or lifting
