Hi Nice to meet you! My name is Yuen Kwan, you can call me Vicky. My husband is Pak Hei, you can call him Jay. We live in a three bedroom townhouse with a nice balcony for dogs who love sunbathing, the neighborhood is calm and quiet. **Safety is the priority** I'm a safety-certifed professional groomer with extensive experience in caring for dogs and cats of all temperaments and needs, no matter senior, puppy/kitten, those need oral medication or relatively anxious, I have the knowledge and experience to give them the best care. ***Fear Free*** I have attended Animal Welfare & Fear Free course and got certified, fully understanding dog and cat psychology and how to make them feel safe and positively encourage desirable behaviors. *** Grooming Service *** As a groomer, I will make sure your fur-baby's coat is well maintained, FREE daily brushing service is included. I can also provide nail trimming, bathing or hair trimming service if you want! For guests staying over 20 days, I will provide nail trimming service OR bathing service for FREE! *** Always available*** Though my husband, Jay, is not working in the pet industry, he loves animals just as much as I do! He works from home and is available to help care for your fur-baby during the day. We feed, walk, play according to your desired schedule. Together, we ensure your precious baby receives consistent, loving attention and the best possible care. ***Special Arrangement for Cats*** As many of you know, cats may experience stress in new environment. While some cats may be keen to explore straight away, some may choose to hide. To help them settle in, we turn our second bedroom into a cat-oriented guest room which allows them to feel safer and adjust faster. When they are relaxed, they are welcome to explore the whole apartment and interact with our cat!

Vicky and Jay were wonderful sitters. They took great care of my two Shiba Inus and were very responsive. They shared lots of photos and videos of my dogs’ stay. I will definitely have my dogs stay with Vicky and Jay again in the future :)

Vicky and Jay took wonderful care of Nikko while we were away. He was still recovering from his neuter surgery and had a small scab, and they were incredibly attentive to making sure he didn’t pick at it. They gave great updates and pictures throughout his stay and were always very prompt in responding to any questions. Vicky also gave him a mini haircut around his face so he could see better since he was overdue for a groom. Nikko came home happy and very well cared for — we’d absolutely trust them with him again!
According to my furbabies, Vicky and Jay were great vacation resort coordinators. My kitty loved the spectacular views from her perch, while the pups both loved the luxurious accommodations in their rooms. We could tell from their happy tails and their content faces that they were having a good time. Vicky and Jay sent us lots of pictures and videos of the furbs while we were on our respective vacations, and we know they would be happy to go back again. Thanks Vicky and Jay for taking care of our little divas and giving them a great home away from home!

Schedule
Thought I have a full time job, my husband works from home, there is always someone at home. I can walk your pup before and after work, my husband can take your pup out or have some playtime with your kitten during the day as well.

Every day should be a happy day! Start with a nice morning short walk, enjoy a yummy breakfast, take a good nap, then we have more fun: Fetch - the all time favorite game; Go to a nearby dog park to explore and exercise (on-leash all the time for safety); Take a ride with us; Find treats in puzzle toys / shuffle mats which provide beneficial mental stimulation; And a variety of toys
