Love & care for your furry friends!
Between the two of us, we have over 15 years as pet owners and life long pet lovers. One of us had a German Sheppard/Husky mix until he sadly passed in 2008, then had a big Newfoundlander who was with us from 2008 - 2017. The other was the proud papa to a King Sheppard/Schnauzer mix from 2010 - 2022. We also have experience with cats and rabbits! We are an active couple who enjoy our own regular walks in a very dog friendly community where we have access to a lot of green space, including the Don River trails, so ensuring your pup gets the walking time it needs will not be an issue. One of us works from home, so your pet will not be left unattended for more than 4 hours at a time. We have both also administered medication and specialty diets to our pets, have trained puppies, and provided care to senior and rehabilitating dogs, post-operation, and will ensure your pets get the care they need. We truly are animal lovers and will do our best to ensure your pet is taken good care of as per whatever your instructions and expectations are, as we understand that trusting your loved pet with someone else is a big ask. We will show them lots of love, walks, and maintain whatever structure and routines you see necessary for them. We have a safe, happy and clean home, that we would be more than glad to welcome your pet into.

Nicholas and Andreia were amazing! I just got my puppy and I was worried about leaving her for the day for work but they were so nice and accommodating and really listened to what I was saying my puppy needed. They followed her routine really well and I always picked up a happy and tired puppy by the end of the day! Thank you to these two for treating my special girl as their own.
There are not enough words available to describe how incredibly caring, compassionate and loving Nicholas is as a human being. His beaming enthusiasm is infectious and you can see how his love radiates outwards when you meet him. When I left Nicholas with my then-eight month old puppy as I had an emergency trip outside of the country, he was nothing short of accommodating, gracious and absolutely excited to take care of my puppy. I cannot recommend Nicholas enough as a loving pet caregiver; you won't go wrong with leaving your pet in the hands of Nicholas.
Nicholas has cared for both my dogs multiple times. One of my dogs is nervous around new people, but warmed to Nick’s energy instantly! They have always been very well taken care of and looked after and I know they are in great hands. I highly recommend Nick to anyone who needs a pet sitter!
Nick is a sociable young man, equipped with the energy, good humour and patience needed to deal with pets. His playful, affectionate nature is ideal for dogs or active cats, who would never lack for attention in Nick's care. I also know him to be fundamentally responsible, so any pet in his care will be well looked after, with much loving attention.

Schedule
One of us works throughout the week and is typically awake by 4:30am, so early morning potty breaks can be easily accommodated and is home by 4pm. The other of us works primarily from home, with the odd chance of going into the office for a maximum of 4 hours a week. As I work from home, my hours are flexible to accommodate your pets needs throughout the whole day, whether that be for play, walks, or just providing company.

Safety, trust & environment
We understand the importance of safety and trust in the care giver for your pet. We maintain a clean and cozy home, and will gladly adhere to whatever routine you have deemed necessary for your pet. We will be happy to take care of your pet as if it were our own, sticking to your routine and recommendations as best as we can. If your dog is used to crate training, we are happy to accept a crate into our home, and as mentioned before, we have access to a lot of green space which we use regularly, so bringing your dog along will be a pleasure. We are happy to discuss needs and expectations to make sure it is a good fit for everyone!
