A pawsitive experience!
I live with my fiancé and we are both lifelong dog lovers with years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to beloved senior dogs. While we don't currently have a dog of our own due to our travel schedule, we have a deep passion for caring for dogs and miss having a furry friend around. Whether your dog needs a fun walk, playful companionship, a partner to play non-stop fetch, or extra TLC in their senior years, we’re here to provide the love and attention they deserve. As dog parents ourselves in the past, we truly understand how special our pets are, and we’ll treat yours like our own.

Luna had an amazing time with Connie! She was well cared for, and provided lots of photos and updates. Luna can be a nervous girl, but Connie took the time and attention to make her feel comfortable! We got a photo of Luna asking for belly rubs, so I know she was very happy. Thanks Connie!!
Ziggy had a great time at Connie's while we were away. Updates, pictures, and videos were very welcome. I would recommend Connie to anyone in the Leslieville area looking for boarding services.
Connie and Yianni were fantastic sitters for our two pups! Theo and Pudding are two very different dogs (Theo is demanding and a little clingy, Puds is independent but also shy with new people, typical of rescues), but they both settled in very well and clearly felt right at home! Pudding became fast friends with both, which has historically been something I've worried about. Communication was excellent throughout their stay, with updates/photos/video at regular intervals. I would trust them again any time we need to be away for an extended period!
Our dog Tess had a great long weekend with Connie! She's a great dog sitter who took excellent care of our fur-baby. Connie is thoughtful and asked a lot of questions to make sure that Tess's needs were met. She sent photos and updates every day. We will definitely book with her again!
Blue had a great time with Connie and Yianni. We received frequent updates, and could tell through photos, videos, and Blue’s demeanor when we brought her home that she had been very well cared for. We had been nervous to leave her with a sitter since she hasn’t had to be away from family in a long time, but she had an amazing time and we would definitely leave her with Connie again!
Once again Connie and Yianni took really good care of our boys. They even went above and beyond to take care of Rolfie, who got an upset stomach at some point . They knew what to do and even prepared for him white rice to help him feel better. We felt very reassured that in those moments they were there to take care of our boys. We highly recommend Connie and Yionni to take care of your furry babies

Schedule
I currently go into the office 2 days a week while my fiance is fully remote outside of the occasional in person meetings. It is extremely rare that both of us aren’t home and even then it’s usually not more than a couple of hours. We love long walks and/or exploring the city so we’ll likely go down to the beach or take your pup on a car ride to explore a new park or trail on the weekend.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. You can trust that I’ll treat your dog with the same care and attention I would give my own. If your dog has any special needs or preferences, I’m more than happy to accommodate them to ensure they feel comfortable and safe. Please be mindful that we do allow two dogs at a time dependant on the sizes of the dogs and the schedule of both me and my partner. We won’t accept a double booking if we know either me or my fiance will be out for most of it since we like to make sure each dog has at least one human to give it the attention they deserve. We tell both owners as a courtesy but please be aware of the possibility of this before booking.
A typical day
I regularly go on long walks in the neighbourhood even without a dog so the dog(s) in my care will quickly become familiar with the neighbourhood. We also have many parks close by and not far from the beach. My partner loves to play fetch with dogs for literally hours. It is likely the dog will get tired/bored before him.
