Everything was great! They were very communicative, took my dog for lots of walks, and send me lots of updates. I will be rebooking!

This was our first time using Rover and our first time having Rocco stay with Kunal and his wife. At first, I was worried because Rocco would be spending time with other dogs in their home. I had been under the impression that he would be the only dog there, but that was my mistake for assuming. Since Rocco had never really been exposed to being around other dogs before, I wasn't sure how he would do. Our biggest priorities were making sure Rocco was well cared for, that he received his nose ointment every evening, and that he would be comfortable while we were away. Kunal reassured us by sending videos of Rocco meeting the other dogs and later bonding with them. It was incredibly comforting to see Rocco making new doggie friends. Kunal also did a great job applying the ointment Rocco needed on his nose each evening and even showed me a much better way to apply it, since it's usually a constant struggle at home. One piece of feedback I have is that if your dog follows a strict daily routine, this may not be the best fit. Due to our lifestyle, Rocco is on a fairly consistent feeding and walking schedule because it works well for our day-to-day routine. While we were away, based on the updates we received, it became apparent that Rocco's schedule was not being followed. We decided to relax about it because, ultimately, seeing him interact so positively with other dogs and knowing he was being well cared for outweighed our concerns about his routine. Another thing I would have appreciated was being told that Rocco wasn't eating well during his stay. When I picked him up, it was noticeable that he had lost weight. I'm not sure if this wasn't mentioned because Kunal didn't want to worry us, but we would have preferred knowing so we could have discussed it while we were away. Overall, Rocco came home happy and more confident around other dogs. This experience gave us confidence that he can be, and should continue to be, socialized more. We're grateful to Kunal and his wife for taking good care of him and helping make his first Rover experience a positive one.

Kunal was excellent with our Corgi and kept providing us update during her stay. Would highly recommend him.

Kunal was amazing with our dog! This was our first time leaving him with a sitter, and we were honestly a little nervous because he’s quite anxious. Kunal made him feel comfortable so quickly, and it was clear he was well cared for the whole time. He kept us updated, was easy to communicate with, and treated our dog like his own.
