About: Hi there! I’m Hannah, a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and many other pets. I’ve trained my own dogs and understand how important it is to create a bond built on trust, comfort, and fun. When I’m with your pet, their happiness and well-being are my top priorities. Whether it’s going for a walk, playing fetch, or simply keeping them company, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved—just like they would at home. I truly enjoy spending time outdoors, so active dogs who love walks or playtime will be right at home with me! My schedule is flexible, and I’m happy to accommodate your needs to make sure both you and your pet feel completely at ease. Your pet’s care and your peace of mind mean a lot to me. I’ll always communicate clearly, send updates, and make sure you know your furry friend is in good hands (: I am currently working in a restaurant as I finish school! I am available Monday-Wednesday anytime and Thursday until the evening. I do have some weekend availability but it varies so please feel free to reach out with any service you need! I am eager to provide the best care for your pet in your home environment! I have experience with dogs and cats of all kinds and am adaptable with making sure any needs they may have are met accordingly.
“The girls loved Sophia! She was amazing with my dog who’s nervous of strangers, and warmed up to her quickly, which is rare! Thanks to Sophia, we had an incredible, worry-free day, knowing our pets were in good hands! Thank you Sophia!”

“Patricha was great to work with and wonderful with my cats, finding ways to interact with them each day. She was easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable, and obviously an animal lover. Would definitely work with her again!”

“5 Stars and 100 A+ ! Winnie La Frisse and Jefferson have a New Favourite Sitter! MAURA was Prompt, Communicative, Thorough, Very Kind, Empathetic, and Scrupulously Attentive to our detailed instructions. If the Kitties are Mellow and Purry and the litter box is clean and the water dish full upon our return, then that’s the Gold Standard. Maura met and exceeded all expectations. She’s an ACE !”

“Katrina was super great with our newly adopted cat. She was reliable and consistent with visits and provided much appreciated updates on our fur baby. Would definitely book again.”

“Shelby did a wonderful job sitting for my two cats while I was out of town! She ensured they were fed, watered and overall well. She played with them and hung out with them to give them some companionship while I was away. Her communication and follow up is excellent. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a cat sitter!”

“Kyle is great. My almost 3 year-old golden retriever still has quite a bit of energy and I work a lot so it’s nice to know that I can rely on Kyle to periodically check in on Buddy and let him out if needed. 🙂 Highly recommended!”

“Highly recommend Kimara for your all of your pet sitting needs. She is punctual, reliable, responsible and most of all kind. She will become your pet’s new best friend.”

“Trent did a wonderful job taking care of our dog! He gave us great updates and we knew she was in good hands. We’ll definitely reach back out to him when we need another sitter.”

About: I’ve been a Veterinary Assistant for 20 years now, am Nationally Fear Free Certified, and am currently in medical school to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. I have been pet sitting since I was a child, love animals and have dedicated my life to helping them. I know what it is like to have to leave your fur baby behind while you travel and the stress of having to take them to a boarding facility. I offer my services to bring peace of mind that your baby is being given the highest level of care whilst you are away. I am available to care for pets full time. I can take them out as early as 7AM and let them out as late as midnight; My neighborhood is very safe. I can take puppies out as often as needed. In my home: We will go on a minimum of 4 walks a day and have a minimum of 3 play sessions with toys if desired. I am happy to have pets in the bed, they can be on the furniture as well and they are free to roam. In your home I will abide by whatever routine your pet already has established.
“Michael was prompt and responsive and took great care of Mindy, adjusting to her needs. There were a couple unexpected surprises along the way - one major one which we also did not expect while away - and that was gardeners in the back yard…which Mindy wasn’t very happy with - but Michael swooped in and dealt with it as well as he could, and remained professional. From the pictures, Mindy seemed to enjoy their time together. We would invite Michael back again!”

About: I’ve personally taken care of cats and dogs. Previously, have trained a puppy. So I know the calmness and patience needed to care for pets. Also, timely updates are very useful for the pet owner. Thanks. I currently don’t work, so I have a lot of time and availability for pet sitting. Please let me know in advance and I can accommodate feeding, walks, medications, and tasks. I have a beautiful one apartment, so there’s lots of space to freely walk. I lock away cleaning chemicals. There is lots of space to keep familiar pet items near.

Katrina was awesome! She left me great messages and photos. Even though my cat was so skittish, he never really came out for her, she's still trying to get a picture of him every time so I could see him.. She cleaned up everything when he decided he was going to make a mess. I would highly recommend her and I will use her again.

Josh was great! He was able to keep my cat Tommy well fed and entertained on a consistent basis while I was away. I appreciate his willingness to take care of him for almost a months I would definitely recommend him and hope to book him again in the future.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Bristow. On Rover:
- 89% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 94% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
