I provide calm, personalized home-style dog boarding and daycare in Richfield with a fenced backyard, plenty of outdoor time, and a safe, relaxed environment for dogs to feel comfortable and at home. I’ve always enjoyed being around dogs and understand that every dog has different energy levels, routines, and personalities. My goal is to provide a structured and low-stress experience with lots of supervision, outdoor breaks, playtime, walks, and attention throughout the day. I currently have a friendly older dog, Ava, who enjoys a calm environment, so my home is set up with comfort and accessibility in mind for senior dogs as well. I have a doggy door for easy backyard access along with a setup that works well for my older dog with arthritis, helping create a comfortable and low-stress environment indoors and outdoors. My fenced backyard gives dogs room to safely explore, sniff, relax, and play while being supervised. Inside the home, I also keep toys and indoor play areas available for enrichment, engagement, and downtime during the day. I work hybrid and spend a good amount of time at home, which allows me to provide consistent care, potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day. I enjoy staying active outdoors and making sure dogs get both physical activity and relaxation depending on their individual needs and personalities. Safety and communication are very important to me. I prefer meet-and-greets beforehand to make sure everyone is comfortable and it’s a good fit. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos during your dog’s stay so you can feel comfortable while away. Whether your dog enjoys relaxing, backyard time, walks, indoor play, or simply having a calm home environment while you travel, I’d love to help provide a safe and comfortable stay. I may be able to work from home on boarding days during the week. If not, I have Rover home-visitor visit midday for 1/2 an hour. I would go on multiple walks & have a large fenced backyard. I have a fenced backyard & my pup is extremely friendly & is not aggressive or possessive over toys/treats. I can crate if necessary and allow well behaved pups to roam.

About: I have worked as a Wildlife Rehabilitator, PA/Nanny and Outdoor Educator for 20+ years. I am the person at parks and zoos holding an owl or hawk and teaching about birds of prey. I have had a plethora animal companions throughout my life. I can handle difficult care tasks, like medicating, in ways that minimize stress and promote positive experiences for each animal in my care. I am even hoping to do professional grooming soon! (So far I have experience doing basic grooming and a small subset of tasks, like nail trimming and ear washing.) I have a family of four boys - two human, two furry - and I have learned to thrive in chaos. I am a huge animal nerd and I love going for walks, drawing, reading and videogames in my free time. I am regularly available throughout the day, especially the middle of the day while my youngest is at childcare. I am frequently available for overnights or vacation house-sitting, and I am happy to care for both pets and home tasks as needed. I have several cats of my own in a low key, calm environment. We regularly have them in for wellness checkups, and they are exceptional with my toddler. Ghost is very social and patient, while void is a big, but very sweet “momma’s boy!”

About: I absolutely love animals and take care of every pet as if it was my own. I have a dog of my own and have taken care of both my sister's 2 dogs and cat, and also my parent dogs. I have had a dog my whole life, little and big. I have availability to work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from 8am to around 2pm. I have e another job in the afternoon/night time I live in an apartment with my one dog. My dog and I take a daily walk for around 30. I feed and water her twice a day. I take try to take her out at least every hour or every other hour if possible.

I currently have 2 cats, and 1 dog, but I have had a bearded dragon, a hamster, a bird, and lots of fish, so I do have experience with those pets too. I mainly have a lot of experience with cats and dogs, considering I have pets of my own I absolutely love all animals, and treating them more as family than a pet will forever be my motto. I work part time. So my schedule is very open to giving my best care to your pets. I have availability anytime Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Thursday-Sunday, my availability is open to anytime before 3pm. If necessary, late night times after 9pm Thursday-Sunday, I can also provide my care. I am very flexible and open to communicating with you to fit your schedule, I can always make something work! In my home, we have a fenced in backyard so my dog can run around as much as he wants. I am active with him and we run and walk a lot during the summer. My cats have towers of scratching posts, sprinkled with catnip, and hanging toys. If you and your cat/dog are comfortable, I would love to walk them any time of the day to provide good support to their physical/mental health. Of course treats and water will be provided to ensure a healthy, happy pet!
