“Krista is absolutely amazing! My Evie started care with her a few weeks back and she has been so great responding to my requests as I like to know very soon where evie will be while I’m at work for the day. She sends great photos and videos that just warm my heart knowing how good Evie is doing though out the day and getting her exercise playing in the backyard with other pups! I cannot recommend Krista more, shes everything you can ask for in a sitter! My Evie comes home tired and well loved☺️”

“Wendy was so awesome with our dog Ghost. He was really nervous at first when we were dropping him off but by the time we left him and got to our next destination, I already had a video and an update that he was fitting in just fine. All of my worries were gone at that point. We would definitely rebook with Wendy again!”

“Mckenzie was great! Moxie was obviously very happy there and went straight to bed when she got home! Thank you so very much! Mckenzie was super responsive to any questions! Denise and Jonathan”

“Our pup was pretty happy after her time with Glen. He took Maisie on a long walk - she was pooped out and fell asleep in the hotel. We will book again when in Bloomington!”

“Howie was amazing with Maizey. She is a bit timid around strangers, but she felt right at home at his house. Makes mom not worry so much when she is away that Maizey is in good hands! Will definitely book Howie again!”
“Steve and Diane watched Harvest for the first time recently. He had a blast and will definitely be contacting them for additional days. Thanks for taking such good care of my boy!”

“River is wonderful!!! She helped us out last minute and we are so grateful!! Our dog seems to love going to her house and play with her dog, Luther, and any other dogs she might be caring for! Thank you thank you thank you!!!”

“Dana is fantastic, she takes great care in making sure your little one acclimates to their new surroundings and mingles well with her pups. She is super responsive with communication and responses, and has been very flexible with changes in scheduling! She has been watching our little Ricky on a consistent basis multiple times a week, he can be a bit anxious but has taken to liking her quite quickly, we feel super comfortable leaving him in her care and would highly recommend!”

“Jen was fantastic! My 4 month old pitbull terrier had so much fun playing with her dogs and going on the trampoline! She is very patient and understanding of “puppy behavior”. Jen sent videos and photos throughout the day so I knew my guy was having fun, which was awesome. I will definitely be using her again. So nice to have peace of mind when I have to leave my dog that he is in such great hands.”

“Scruffy loves it there. That’s why we went back. He practically dragged me into her place. I could tell when I picked him up then he had had a really good time.”

“My fearful dog has become comfortable very quickly with Emily. She doesn’t usually like strangers but Emily understands and doesn’t try to push her. I’m glad we found a good match for day care.”

“Juliana was amazing. She was able to accommodate Andi with short notice and very gracious. She had a great space with a fence and Andi and her dog got along very well. Highly recommended”

About: The Best Part of Both Our Days After 20+ years in the corporate design leadership world, I am soft retiring and putting my reliability, commitment and energy into helping others and bringing happiness to their pets. With 10 years of dog walking and pet sitting experience, I don’t just show up. I show up for your dog, on their terms. Every dog is different, and I believe in honoring that. Whether your pup likes to stop and sniff every inch of the sidewalk or prefers a brisk, energetic stride, I walk at their pace because a great walk isn’t about the distance, it’s about the experience. I’m comfortable walking multiple dogs at a time, making sure every single one enjoys their walk, gets the attention they deserve and takes care of their business. From the energy of a curious puppy to the gentle needs of a senior dog, I understand that every stage of life comes with its own needs and I embrace all of them with patience and care. But it doesn’t stop at the leash. I genuinely love spending quality time with dogs, whether that’s a relaxed afternoon cuddle on the couch or an enthusiastic play session with their favorite toys. I take the time to learn what makes each dog feel happy, safe, and loved. When you book with me, you’re not just hiring a dog walker or pet sitter. You’re giving your dog their favorite part of the day and honestly, mine too. What I offer: •🐾 Dog Walking at your dog’s pace, never rushed •🏠 Pet Sitting calm, attentive and home-like •🎾 Playtime & Chill Visits toys, attention and all the love •🐶 Puppy & Senior Care patient, experienced and always attentive Your pet is family. About: I am a huge animal lover, and i've always grown up with pets. I currently have 2 cats, and 1 dog, but I have had a bearded dragon, a hamster, a bird, and lots of fish, so I do have experience with those pets too. I mainly have a lot of experience with cats and dogs, considering I have pets of my own I absolutely love all animals, and treating them more as family than a pet will forever be my motto. I work part time. So my schedule is very open to giving my best care to your pets. I have availability anytime Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Thursday-Sunday, my availability is open to anytime before 3pm. If necessary, late night times after 9pm Thursday-Sunday, I can also provide my care. I am very flexible and open to communicating with you to fit your schedule, I can always make something work! In my home, we have a fenced in backyard so my dog can run around as much as he wants. I am active with him and we run and walk a lot during the summer. My cats have towers of scratching posts, sprinkled with catnip, and hanging toys. If you and your cat/dog are comfortable, I would love to walk them any time of the day to provide good support to their physical/mental health. Of course treats and water will be provided to ensure a healthy, happy pet!
Bloomington dog parents share their Rover experiences
Krista was an amazing find. We needed somebody on very short notice to watch our husky while we did a quick day trip with our kids at the mall of America. She was super responsive and our dog had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely use her again when we swing back through town.

Mollie is a star! She was luckily able to help us in a pinch and is clearly so good at dogs. My girl was really anxious going in, and Mollie let us take time to get her acclimated to sweet Hattie and her new hangout spot for the day. Best Rover experience in a long time.
