“Ann has been an absolute dream dog sitter. I know my dog is in excellent hands and I bring him every week. I recommend Ann to anyone, even those like me that is extraordinarily particular about who watches my dog.”

“My 6 month puppy was way happier when we picked him up after his daycare with Atheyana, the next day after that he spent all day sleeping which means he was playing a lot under her care. I will definitely rebook with her soon. 😊”

“I truly cannot say enough good things about Sarah and her wonderful family. From the moment i dropped him off, I could tell he felt safe and comfortable with them, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to have them watch my dog again- he will definitely be back!”

About: I work from home full time and have the capability and desire to have a cuddly fur baby around, snuggles, walks and lots of love a must. I like watching 1 dog at a time but if they are from the same family, please feel free to reach out if there are 2. I am able to be flexible. Since I work from home full time I am available to watch your fur baby during the day, night, boarding and on weekends if needed I would take them on walks when I could during the day, snuggles, some play time and rest when needed. Plenty of food and water, no fenced in back yard.
“Jen perfectly met the needs of my two very different dogs (energetic 3mo old puppy, and 5yo grumpy guy). She has a great space for the dogs, and kept me in the loop with photos and videos throughout the day. My puppy came home worn out and happy. I would use her again in a heart beat and would recommend her to anyone!”

“I adopted my first dog and reached out to Shayla soon after. She responded quickly and I felt very comfortable bringing Gabi to her. Gabi had fun and they took great care of her. They also responded to my constant messages throughout the day checking in on her. I continue to use her for doggy daycare.”

“My fearful dog has become comfortable very quickly with Emily. She doesn’t usually like strangers but Emily understands and doesn’t try to push her. I’m glad we found a good match for day care.”

About: I worked with my family dog in therapy certification, agility training, and basic training like heel, play dead, etc (she is my pride and joy)! I have also walked dogs in the neighborhood and pet sat for a list of family and friends. I have a lot of availability right now and open to routine long or short walks, or just cuddles! I live near prospect park and happy to go there as many times as needed! I work from home now and live near a park with a lot of availability for walks. I do live on the 4th floor of a walk up - happy to carry small dogs if needed. I can also accommodate a crate if needed. Happy to also stay in home with the pup - I have done this before and very comfortable taking care of a place and letting the pup feel safe at home!
“Murphie had another great day with Lonni & Steve. She was excited when we pulled up to the house and went in because she knew she was going to get good snuggles, play time and walks. Thank you Lonni & Steve :-)”

About: My husband and I have grown up with dogs and you will receive tons of pictures throughout the day! We have flexible jobs where we can work from home so your dog will always have someone to hang out with. Our house has a very large fenced in backyard where the critters can run around and chase all the rabbits and squirrels out. Your pup will have full access to the entire house including all of the furniture and beds. Please let me know if you would like to set up a meet and greet to ensure that all our furry critters get along. Also, we do NOT have a cat. Not sure why Rover shows that we do. My husband and I both work hybrid and someone will always be home with the dogs to hang out with them, let them out, etc. We have a fenced in yard that allows for the dogs to have fun outside. Dogs will have access to all furniture while inside. We can also crate them if needed.
“Our pup was pretty happy after her time with Glen. He took Maisie on a long walk - she was pooped out and fell asleep in the hotel. We will book again when in Bloomington!”

“I've worked with River a couple times now. She's a fantastic person, very accommodating, and my dog Drake always comes home happy and worn out! Her dog Luther is very sweet. She surprised me by sending a video of the two of them playing in her yard. She's outstanding and I can't recommend her highly enough!”

“Wendy was so awesome with our dog Ghost. He was really nervous at first when we were dropping him off but by the time we left him and got to our next destination, I already had a video and an update that he was fitting in just fine. All of my worries were gone at that point. We would definitely rebook with Wendy again!”

About: I'm a current dog owner with experience caring for dogs (and occasionally cats, rodents, reptiles, and birds) since I was a kid. I've always owned dogs and have experience fostering dogs of all kinds of sizes, ages, and health needs. Additional particular experience with puppies, seniors, and dogs needing medication and/or special care I'm currently a freelance designer, so I can pretty easily fit pet care into my schedule. Available any day of the week for walk/play/meal stops or boarding. I live in a house with a yard and have one small, calm dog to keep yours company! I let my dog on the furniture and sleep in bed, happy to do so for your pets or to instead make sure they follow your house rules and kennel usage.
“Carrie and Mark are so amazing with Ollie! He loves going to their house for daycare, in fact he didn’t want to leave tonight! They love having him and take such good care of our boy.”

About: We are a dog-loving family, especially of the small variety! I have been taking care of dogs for most of my life and began sitting through Rover three years ago. We are a homeschool family, so my 9 and 7-year-old daughters enjoy helping with feeding, playing with, and cuddling the pups. We also have a one-year-old son, so the doggies we take must be ok with small children. Our 12-year-old Shih Tzu, Dulce, also really enjoys having doggy company, and we only accept small dogs to accommodate her. We promise to treat your sweet pup like he/she is a beloved member of the family! We homeschool so someone is usually available for a quick potty break or belly rub! Walking outdoors (in nice weather) is a favorite family activity so we try to take the dogs out daily. In the event we don’t make it out on a walk, the pups get their exercise and sniffs in by playing in the backyard. Our dog Dulce loves to have a partner in crime chasing squirrels our large fenced backyard! We are an active family with two girls (ages 9 & 7) and a 1-year-old son who also love to play and interact with the dogs. Our house has hardwood floors for easy cleaning. Guest doggies are welcome to sleep next to our bed on their doggy bed, or if they sneak up to find a cozy spot next to our feet we won’t complain!
“Kathy is an amazing dog sitter! From the start, she was so friendly and put us at ease. She took wonderful care of our dogs, and was happy to oblige anything we requested. We loved receiving updates and adorable photos throughout the day - our dogs looked like they were having the best time! Kathy’s attention to detail and genuine care made this a fantastic experience. We will definitely be asking her to watch our pups again. Highly recommend her!”

About: Thanks for being interested in working with me! I have always had all types of animals around me growing up. I have worked with dogs and cats for about 6 years at different dog daycare’s and boarding establishments. I have a lot of experience with any size, temper, shyness, and active pet. I also have experience giving medication to both dogs and cats. You can trust I will meet you and your pets special needs because of the experience I have had with all different pups and kittens! I have experienced shy and aggressive dogs too, I have a good understanding on how to deal with them and allow them to adapt to me. I am also able to watch siblings, so they wouldnt have to be separated! I am currently working remote on a personal computer so I will have plenty of time to cater to your dogs and it’s needs while house sitting ! Your pet’s schedule doesn’t have to change! I will always make sure rules and steps are clear with the owner and I. Following your particular schedule and/or needs is a first priority with house sitting! I want to make sure you feel comfortable with having me in your personal space. I can keep things clean and even cleaner than you left them with any cleaning supplies left for me to use.
“I am new to the area, and Chelsie was very close by. She responded promptly and communicated clearly. I brought Riley over, and Chelsie kindly met me at the car. I was having some difficulty with the long lead, and Riley immediately went up to her as if they had known each other for a long time. When Riley heard the dogs barking inside the house, she led Chelsie to the door, which was quite charming. I realized I forgot to mention something to Chelsie, but she responded right away. On my way back to pick up Riley, I got caught in traffic, so Chelsie graciously brought Riley out to me, and Riley happily got into the car without any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that Riley's card was filled out, and there was a detailed note, along with photos of Riley's day, showing that she had gone for a walk and played with her dogs. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, and Riley will definitely be visiting again.”
