Furry Friends Welcome Here
While it can be hard to leave your furry loved ones behind, we would love to invite your dog or puppy into our home and help them feel comfortable while you are away. There is lots of fun to be had in our fenced back yard with our now 7 month old Rottweiler, who loves to socialize with people and dogs alike. Lots of love and cuddles are definitely part of the deal. We will follow your rules, feeding schedule, and medication. If your dog is allowed on the furniture at your house, they will be here also. If no, that's ok too. We will make it a top priority to care for your pet as if they were a member of our family. We are willing and able to care for your special needs dog or puppy. Our experience is with mostly large dogs, like Dobermans and Mastiffs, but also care for our GSP grand dog on occasion. We have had dogs for 40 years as a couple. We do have 4 cats. It is possible to keep your dog and our cat's separated, if they are not cat friendly.

Steven & Diane treat Alice like family. They didn’t blink and I when I needed to board her just a few days after having her sutures removed and long surgical recovery. They gave her all the attention she needed and she was back to her normal self within a few days! So grateful!

Diane & Steve took such great care of our two dogs while we were away. We were updated daily with photos and messages. After almost two weeks with them, we came home to two relaxed, happy dogs. We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to care for their pets!
OMG! JuneBug returned home happy as a clam! Steven and Diane were great caretakers, texting me daily, aling with a pic. She looked to happy and content. Thanx for loving on her all weekend long!
Not only are Steven & Diane wonderful with dogs, but their dogs also are very welcoming. My dog Alice was swapping sleep spots and sharing beds by the time I went to pick her up. Steven & Diane are my first call when I need to leave Alice. Knowing that she is with them gives me such peace of mind.
Cody was very well taken care of during July 4th weekend. They made sure he had his meds to keep him chill during the fireworks. Would use Diane and steven again!

Schedule
One of us is retired and one of us works from home, so we are both home most often. This makes it easy to follow your preferred schedule for feeding, going outside and keeping them busy having fun.

Safety, trust & environment
A meet and greet is required before we accept your dog into our home as we want to be sure they feel comfortable with us and our dog while they are here. We have a fenced in yard. Puppy safe environment and plenty of toys to play with. We are equipped to crate your dog, if requested.

A typical day
My puppy is only 8 months old so he's not much of a retriever but there are balls and sticks in the yard to keep the pup's busy. We also have a nice dog park close by.
