We’re a family of animal lovers who believe pets are family, and when your pet is in our care, they’ll be treated just like one of our own. ❤️ Our home is cozy, comfortable, and dog-friendly, with a safe, fenced-in yard for supervised outdoor play, sniffing, and exploring. We have years of experience as pet owners and understand that every animal has their own unique personality, routines, and needs. Whether your pet loves long cuddle sessions, playtime, leisurely walks, or simply having a quiet place to relax, I’ll tailor their care to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Your pet will also have some furry company! Our family includes a sweet senior Golden Retriever, a feisty little Frenchie who keeps us laughing, and an older cat who secretly runs the entire household. 😸 Our two gentle, animal-loving boys have grown up around pets and share our love and respect for animals. I work part time in my home office and otherwise spend my time gardening, walking the dogs or bringing my kids to and from their activities. While I may be out of the house running errands or driving my kids to athletics the vast majority of my day is spent at home. I know how important it is to feel confident when leaving your dog with someone else. I’ll do my best to keep their routine consistent, give them plenty of affection and attention, and communicate with you so you can feel at ease while you’re away. We welcome giant breeds, brachycephalic breeds and are happy to administer medications or provide walks at a small additional cost. Whether your pet is playful, shy, energetic, or enjoying their golden years, they’ll receive patient, personalized care and plenty of love here. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! 🐶🐾 I work part time Tuesday through Friday in my basement office. I also drive my children to and from school each day. Aside from this and the occasional evening sporting event, I am home most of the time. I love playing with dogs, taking them for walks and snuggling them on the couch at the end of the day. We have a pet safe home in a quiet suburban neighborhood and a fully fenced yard. We also have a baby gate at the top of our stairs to make sure no dogs are able to escape during entry/exit from our home.
About: I walk dogs usually 3 or 4 times a day. Sometimes even 5. Depending on their age, fitness level, health etc. They absolutely love being outside rest assure your dog will not be lying around all day unless that is something you would like me to do. Also I have a absolutely fantastic dog park here. What's great is it's usually empty and the dogs can exercise at their own pace. Also I have a great walking path outside my complex and my neighborhood is perfect for dogs we could walk almost 2 miles without barely leaving the block. One thing I provide that other sitters don't is 24/7 companionship. The dogs and I get really attached to each other and we rarely leave each others side. I like to stay home I live alone and when we are not out 99% of the time we are together. I'm sure most of the sitters don't take the time to spend with your dog the way that I do. I'm excellent at communicating with Pictures, Text, and Details if that's your preference. I'm 60 years old and retired this is all I do. I can only handle a certain amount of dogs per month. I am a walker I walk well over 60 miles a month. I'm in a great neighborhood right around the block from the Eagan Outlets Stores. Thank you very much for your consideration. I am retired and this is my only job so I am available 24/7. I have 4 great walking paths outside without barely leaving the block. Very little traffic great neighborhood right by the Eagan Outlets Stores. As far as safety and environment I have a 300,000.00 insurance policy for all of our protection. I live in a excellent neighborhood right by the Eagan Outlets Stores.

About: I have always loved animals and my 11 year old son does as well! I have taken care of dogs of all kinds for family and friends and have volunteered at multiple shelters! I have a membership for a dog park near me and will make sure your pup is loved and entertained! I am currently working 4 days a week and have extra time to play with your pups! Open to boarding and there are no restrictions in my house! (Furniture is free game) I have a townhouse with a lot of room for your pup! They are more than welcome to lounge on my sectional and bed. I have an open area behind my house for potty breaks, and a walking trail across the street! (As well as a membership to a Dakota woods dog park)

Kathy was great with our 15 yr. old Malshi that has severe separation anxiety more so in her Senior years. Kathy gave me an update during Sunny’s stay there on how nervous Sunny was & she was walking & holding Sunny when I came to pick her up. I would highly recommend Kathy based on her attentiveness & patience with caring for our pup. I wished that Kathy lived closer to me as it’s not easy to find the qualities that Kathy has when you have a special needs pup.
Our two dogs had a wonderful first day at Topsy's. They were both happy and relaxed when I picked them up and brought them home. Topsy communicated throughout the day and sent cute pics of our dogs which is always appreciated but especially when it is the first time. Our kids tease us and say our dogs are our favorite children, and they are not far from the truth! So it always makes us feel good to find someone who likes and cares for our dogs. We will definitely bring our them to Topsy's again!
