Pet care is the center of my daily routine. I currently care for my own dog and cat throughout the day, so my schedule is already structured around feeding, walks, medications, and check-ins. I am partially remotely employed and available seven days a week, with flexible hours for drop-in visits, dog walks, and small animal care. I can reliably accommodate last-minute requests and consistent recurring schedules. I currently have several recurring clients over the lunch hour, and may not be fully available during that time frame. Please inquire for scheduling details.

During warmer weather, I love throwing balls or sticks and getting your dogs super worn out! Cats enjoy play sessions that match their style, from wand-toy acrobatics to cozy window watching. I keep routines consistent, offer plenty of affection on their terms, and pay close attention to their mood, comfort, and energy so the day feels smooth, safe, and comforting. I'm also happy to help with basic grooming, like hair brushing.

I have cared for four of my own dogs across sizes, ages, and temperaments, from puppies to seniors, and two cats from kittenhood through senior years. I have also cared for several pets of family and friends while out of town. I am experienced with administering oral medications, injections, and managing emergency health situations, including chronic and special needs care such as bladder issues. I use positive reinforcement training with treats and clickers and have even trained my cat to use a cat wheel. I offer calm, attentive care tailored to each pet’s physical and emotional needs. I carry Professional Pet Sitter's Liability Insurance, just in case things don't go according to plan. Highly recommend Heidi!! This was our first time leaving our two dogs without a family member to take care of them and she kept them happy and very well cared for. I appreciated her detailed notes after each visit and felt I had left my dogs in very good and capable hands.

Most importantly, my dogs clearly loved her. When I got home, they were happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Knowing they were in such good hands allowed me to focus on my trip instead of worrying about them. Finding someone you can trust with your pets is priceless, and Heidi is exactly that person. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and the genuine care she showed my dogs.
