“Sara was great! She was very responsible and communicative with me throughout her time with Melvin. She spent much more time with Melvin than expected, which I know he appreciated. She was great to work with and took good care of our pup!”

About: I have taught my dog multiple tricks and continue working on separation anxiety and reactivity. Since getting my dog I have learned a great deal about dog food, behavior, and training. I've always had love for animals, and have had a dog in the house since I was 4 years old ranging from small dogs too big dogs. Growing up I would binge animal planet and had hopes of being a veterinarian. Now as an adult, I have had Midas for 3 years. I treat every new dog I meet with respect, and of course love. I've learned to be able to adapt my energy and interactions with different dogs depending on their personality. I would love the opportunity to be of service to you and your lovely fur-baby! I will be un-employed from my seasonal lawn and landscaping job starting December 12th. I will be returning to that job sometime April 1st. I also plan on starting an odd jobs side hustle during the winter months. So if i become too busy from odd jobs I will adjust my availability accordingly and stay available for constant communication to ensure no scheduling conflicts. Christmas and new years (December 22nd- January 2) will be limited availability. February 14-21 i will be on a trip to Arizona. I take my dog for a jog every morning, at least one walk, to our little dog park at the apartment two times per day, and the big dog park a couple of times per week. We go on adventures together and explore different walking paths and nature trails. We feed him once a day and ensure he does a series of tricks and waits for the "ok" command before he can eat. We feed him a three way mix of fresh pet, Dr. Harveys, Meats, and Kibble. I intend to provide a healthy and fulfilled life full of play and love for my dog, and I will treat your dog the same.
“Took great care of the dogs. Provided great updates, fed them, and let them play for a drop-in! Very attentive, would definitely recommend them, proactive in reaching out as well.”

About: I've taken care of pets for more than seven years, from dogs and cats to birds, fish, and rabbits. I have experience with kittens, and with seniors that need a little extra help. I know how scary it can be to leave your pets at home, so my goal is to give them the highest level of love and care possible so you can feel peace of mind while you're away. I'm currently working on a master's degree, so my schedule is very flexible with only a couple classes every day. I'm comfortable with either drop-in or overnight roles, and will have plenty of time to make sure your pets get lots of attention! I am always extremely careful to follow all of the details of the care plan to keep your pets and home safe. Whether that's triple checking to make sure that escape artists stay where they need to, or sitting with a senior cat for an hour to make sure he eats, or helping a mobility-challenged dog down the porch stairs safely, I will do whatever it takes to keep your pets healthy, happy, and safe.
About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with both cats and dogs helped foster a lifelong love and appreciation for animals and their unique personalities. Today, our family shares our home with three dogs, so caring for animals is simply a natural part of my daily life. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same kindness, patience, and attention I would want for my own. Whether your pet enjoys playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply having a calm and dependable companion while you’re away, I am committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I currently have full-time availability and a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide dependable care throughout the day, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Because I have the flexibility to accommodate a variety of schedules, I can offer consistent attention, exercise, companionship, and care for your pets. Whether you need regular visits, or last-minute assistance, I strive to be responsive and available to meet your pet care needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure while their family is away. During drop-in visits, I provide fresh water, meals if needed, potty breaks, playtime, companionship, and plenty of affection. I can also administer basic medications according to instructions and keep pet parents updated with photos and messages. For dog walks, I prioritize safety, exercise, and enrichment. I tailor each walk to the dog’s age, energy level, and needs, whether that’s a leisurely stroll, extra exercise, or time to sniff and explore. I always use secure leashes and follow any specific instructions provided by the owner. For house sitting services, I provide overnight care in your home and maintain your pet's normal routine. I may leave throughout the day for work, errands, family time, etc but I always ensure your pet receives the care, attention, potty break, meals, exercise, and all the snuggles they need. If your pet requires a more constant-care schedule, please discuss those needs before booking. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your pets are in caring and reliable hands. My goal is to ensure your pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: Hi I am Parker. I am a student with a need to help out pets and their owners. I love to assist whenever I can with neighbors pets. I have had many pets over the years and love pets of all kinds. Every time I pet sit I become friends with every pet I take care of. I hope you will understand what careful love and care I give to every pet I care for. I hope to be your choice in pet love and care. My family had a severely diabetic dog for 7 years and we took great care of her. I love pets so much and try to keep them apart of my family as much as possible. I have pet sit for about 16 years now for animals of all types, from farm animals to house pets. I am a student with lots of availability in mornings, afternoons and evenings. I work a few times a week a week for about an hour and a half at a time. I have plenty of space indoors, but no yard. Close to many parks and walking spots. Lots of great areas for dog walking close by.
About: I've taken care of so many kinds of dogs before I found my baby, Olive. I love taking care of my friends and families pets from dogs to cats to fish to hamsters. I've potty trained a couple dogs including my own and know a couple ways to help our older friends take their meds! Since it's summer and I work and go to school during the rest of the year I have lots of time to devote to taking care of your fury friends! I have a large fenced yard perfect for playing with balls and toys, and love to take walks around the neighborhood and parks. My car is also great for moving pets to parks and fields where they can better have fun. I also think it's important to just be there- let the pets feel relaxed and at home with someone there to keep them company;
“Mariah is invaluable! We really appreciated her thoughtful care of our cats while we were away. They were mischievous during our absence and Mariah was very gracious and had a great sense of humor about their antics. She was communicative, friendly and clearly cares a lot about animals. We felt much better about being away with them in her care.”
About: I've had cats all my life and got my first dog when I was 11. As soon as we brought her home, I helped walk her, feed her, and bathe her after she was sprayed by a skunk. Earlier this year, I began volunteering at 2 animal shelters where I walk dogs, brush cats, and socialize the animals. I have a lot of patience for all animals, but the timid ones have a special place in my heart. I also have some experience working with ill and elderly dogs. I'm pretty flexible during the summer, and I'm always happy to meet new furry friends! I will typically be available on short notice for both walks and drop-ins. Every animal is different, so I vary my approach depending on who I have the pleasure of working with. I communicate openly and frequently, and make sure to provide the best possible experience for everyone.
About: Hi there! I’m an avid animal lover with a gentle, patient approach to pet care. I share my home with a sweet kitty named Evie and my rescue beagle, Mylo: a lovable goofball who keeps me humble and well‑trained. I always look after every pet with the same attentiveness, patience, and high quality care I give my own little crew. 🐾 Before pursuing social work, I actually planned to become a veterinary technician, and that early passion for animals has stayed with me. I’ve volunteered at the Wabash animal shelter, spent years riding horses, and gained hands‑on experience with all kinds of personalities and needs. Mylo, who struggles with anxiety, has taught me a lot about de‑escalating reactivity and building trust through positive reinforcement. He also takes daily medication, so I’m very comfortable administering meds and following specific care routines. Mylo likes to think of it as his “evening treat with extra steps.” Over the past several years, I’ve pet‑sat for friends, family, and their extended circles. This has allowed me to care for pets of all ages and ranging needs. No matter the temperament, I adapt to each animal’s personality, mood, and boundaries. Striving to create a calm, reassuring environment where your pet feels understood is central to my approach as a caregiver. Please reach out if you have any questions! Your pet's comfort is my priority ❤️ My schedule is currently very open as I wrap up my internship, and I’m available for daily check‑ins, walks, and overnight stays! Please feel free to reach out with any questions, I’m always happy to connect. ❤️🐕🦺🎾 I love caring for pets where they feel safest, their home 🏡🐾. While I’m there, I carefully follow your pet’s routine and keep their space clean and comfortable, so you return to a happy, relaxed fur baby and a home that feels just as you left it (or better).
About: I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, so I understand their different needs, behaviors, and routines at every stage. Growing up, I cared for several of my neighbors’ pets and have been pet sitting in my community every summer since. I’m currently a senior in undergrad, so my class schedule is pretty light and flexible. I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pets, and I’m very active, so I love going on walks and spending time outside with them. I live in a neighborhood with a dog park, easy access to a trail, and sidewalks that are perfect for walks. While I don’t have a large yard or crate, there is plenty of space in my home to accommodate one if needed. Dogs are welcome in any room and on furniture, and I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for at all times.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Bloomington
Kathryn was very attentive and flexible with my dog, Goose. We just moved to the area so people, places, and things felt very new to him. Kathryn did a great job easing into his surroundings and making sure he was comfortable. She took the time to play, walk, and give him treats. Thankful for Kathryn’s communication throughout the week that gave this “first timer” peace of mind!

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
