About: I've had a dog for as long as I can remember. I've watched over dogs for neighbors, friends, and family. I have had all sorts of pets from cats to dogs to birds. All have been lovely companions and precious members of my family. Each one has held a special place in my heart! ☺️ As a student living away from home, I deeply miss the daily joy of caring for dogs. Back home, I looked after an Australian Shepherd and a terrier mix, so I am very comfortable managing high-energy breeds and keeping them happily exercised. I also raised a sweet coonhound/basset hound mix, giving me a soft spot for gentle hounds. I am excited to bring that same love, patience, and dedicated care to your fluffy family members! My priorities for pets are Hygiene, Routines, and Care. Making sure pets are clean and comfortable, well fed, and well rested is most important! Ultimately, you know your furbaby best, so I am always completely open and attentive to any specific instructions or routines you request!

About: I’ve been around pets all my life. Whether it has been through friends, grandparents or neighbors, I have helped care for dogs and cats alike! I enjoy getting to help out and spend time with them. I am fairly available during the week days for a drop in as I work in the early mornings and late afternoons at IU. I am also available for evening drop ins after 5. I care for pets in my home just as I would my own pet! Drop ins would work best for me as I am in at apartment currently!

About: Hi there! I’m an avid animal lover with a gentle, patient approach to pet care. I share my home with a sweet kitty named Evie and my rescue beagle, Mylo: a lovable goofball who keeps me humble and well‑trained. I always look after every pet with the same attentiveness, patience, and high quality care I give my own little crew. 🐾 󠁺 Before pursuing social work, I actually planned to become a veterinary technician, and that early passion for animals has stayed with me. I’ve volunteered at the Wabash animal shelter, spent years riding horses, and gained hands‑on experience with all kinds of personalities and needs. Mylo, who struggles with anxiety, has taught me a lot about de‑escalating reactivity and building trust through positive reinforcement. He also takes daily medication, so I’m very comfortable administering meds and following specific care routines. Mylo likes to think of it as his “evening treat with extra steps.” 󠁺 Over the past several years, I’ve pet‑sat for friends, family, and their extended circles. This has allowed me to care for pets of all ages and ranging needs. No matter the temperament, I adapt to each animal’s personality, mood, and boundaries. About: I have always had a dog growing up. We lost baby to cancer in February and just wanted to keep sharing the love we had for him with others. My schedule is flexible, I am retired and love to share a nice backyard with a five foot fence, snuggle and kisses all day long. Depends on the needs of the dog. The goal is to keep them cared for in a safe environment. Just like they are at home.

About: Hi! I’m Janet. I provide a quiet, home-based boarding experience for dogs who do best in a relaxed environment rather than a busy kennel setting. I work from home full-time, so your dog receives plenty of supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day. Dogs become part of the household and are welcome to relax on the furniture, follow me from room to room, or sleep wherever they are most comfortable, including the bed if that’s their normal routine at home. My home features a fully fenced yard with dog-door access, allowing dogs to move freely between indoors and outdoors throughout the day. My Home Is Best Suited For Dogs Who: • Are friendly, well-socialized, and non-aggressive • Have a calm to moderate energy level • Enjoy a quieter home environment • Are comfortable with free access to a fenced yard 🚫 Dogs I Do Not Accept For safety and compatibility reasons, I do not accept: • Dogs with a history of aggression toward people or animals • Dogs that jump fences, climb, dig out, or otherwise attempt to escape • High-drive or high-energy dogs that require constant activity • Pit Bulls, Pit Bull-type breeds, American Bullies, Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, or mixes of these breeds I’m comfortable administering medications when needed. Just provide instructions and I’ll be happy to help. If you’re looking for a peaceful, home-based boarding experience where your dog can relax and receive individualized attention, I’d love to meet you and your pup. I maintain a consistent daily routine and try to keep each dog’s schedule as close as possible to what they’re accustomed to at home, including feeding times, medications, sleeping arrangements, and any special care instructions. I take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, routine, and preferences before their stay. I also provide updates and photos during boarding so owners know how their dog is doing while they’re away.

About: I’ve worked with both cats and dogs in a humane shelter setting for multiple years, and I’m ready to meet and get to know your pet! I work full-time but mostly weekends and evenings. I have most weekdays off of work and am always available for a morning check-in for your pet. I am able to move pets between rooms and crate animals if needed in your home. I do not host pets for boarding at my own home.

If this is not a good time please let me know. My apartment doesn't allow pets, but I grew up always having dogs and miss my fur babies. Cocoa, my german shepherd-black lab mix passed away at the age of 15 in 2018. We grew up together. My chihuahua-beagle mix lives with my dad. She is a shy pup and lovely to snuggle with. When visiting my dad, I enjoy walking her all over the neighborhood. But today I have to settle for taking care of my plants, so I would love to hang out with your furry friend.

About: I've taken care of many pets in my lifetime, including pet and house sitting for family and friends. I love most animals (snakes scare me). I live in the last house on a dead end county road and have plenty of room for animals to play and have fun. Plus, my kids and our pets will have fun visiting and playing with your pets. I currently work weekends only as a RN. I am home Mondays-Thursdays. I do have 3 kids of my own, so I do have to get them to and from school. We have a large yard for pets to play. Dogs will always be on leashes as our yard is in currently fenced. We live in the last house on a dead end country road, so no cars come past our home. I can easily crate your pet if needed. We have a friendly female dog and 3 friendly cats.

About: I have worked in the pet industry for 10 years. I have done everything from cleaning kennels, to working as a vet assistant in a clinic. I also have experience with farm and exotic animals. I currently don't have furbabies of my own, but I find them very therapeutic to interact with. Life is boring without furbabies in my life. I will enter the home as instructed by owners, and proceed in a professional manner. I will use my education as a vet assistant and future vet tech to ensure the animal(s) experience minimal upheaval of their daily routines.

About: I’ve always loved animals and have seen them like babies. Because that’s what fur babies are to me, children. So being able to help others with their babies is awesome to me! When it comes to my schedule I’m pretty flexible with what days and times I can do since I’m a student. I can also do weekends if necessary also. I can do whatever is needed to help your animal to make sure they are safe and get in the right amount of fun and care they need.

About: I've been taking care of dogs almost all my life. I've had so many different breeds in my lifetime. I love all kinds of animals but definitely have to say dogs are my favorite! I work on my time. I book cleanings and caregiving help to older adults. So if I have a job for sitting lined up I just don't accept any cleaning jobs. I do sitting, walking, and boarding. I can accommodate up to two large dogs and I have a safe area for walks and playtime. I also can come to pets home if needed to do potty breaks ect.
