“Brittney was professional, courteous, punctual, and friendly. I was extremely happy with the care my two cats received from her while we were out of town, and would happily book her again in the future.”

“Our first time using Rover was awesome because we chose Adam to do check-ins with our pup over a weekend where me and my husband were away. He gave us helpful updates and pictures of our pup so we could have peace of mind that he was taken good care of!”

“Emily did a great job. She was always punctual, took very good care of our pups and did a great job with communicating with us while we were away. 10/10 would choose her again to look after our pups.”

“Honestly, Shaun was amazing, take care of Cerberus is a hard task and he did it without any problems. My dog is not easy to take care of, but Cerberus behaved very well and I would choose Shaun every time to take care of my dog and I would recommend him anytime if anyone needs a caretaker.”

“Ava was very accommodating for a last minute booking and super communicative over the entire span of looking after my pup. A friendly and attentive sitter that I would absolutely book again.”

About: I've have taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I am constantly around animals and having to commit myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable around all pets and I am very flexible and willing to learn how to best take care of your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your pets, I will dedicate my time to loving them. I've had 5 energetic dogs throughout my life. My family has had everything from small to really big. We had a papillon, papillon mix, pomeranian, pitbull/boxer mix, and a pitbull/german shepherd mix. My dogs were always the larger ones and I can handle walking very large dogs easily since my dogs weren't the best on the leash. Currently we have two dogs but I learned how to take care of them when they were babies, to when they were having old age problems. So, I can work with any range of age. I also have a cat in college now that I love taking care of. I am a student-athlete currently, but I always have time in the evenings to dedicate to taking care of a pet. I am available for drop-ins on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. When you are home, I would love to take your fur babies for walks, to dog parks, anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable! I am a student-athlete at IU Bloomington, so my schedule is a little packed but I miss my pets and I also love to walk, so this sounded like a great option. I am free on Saturday after morning practice, all day Sunday, mostly all day Tuesday, and all day Thursday. :) I would care for my client's pets like they were my own. I can handle giving them constant attention, feeding, walking, watering, and everything else. I am 6'0 ft tall, so I can handle big dogs if necessary.
“Madison was great with our puppy, she did drop in vista. While caring for our dog, she played fetch with her while allowing her plenty of time to do her business outside. She was great with sending pictures and very responsive with text messages.”

“Patricia took great care of our cat while we were away. She was very responsive to communication and gave us thorough reports for each visit. We really appreciate the time she took to give our cat plenty of playtime and cuddles!”

About: I have taken care of animals since I was young. Whether it be through volunteer work or my own family pets, I put forth my full attention to the animals I take care of. As my family pets have aged, I have transitional experience with senior dog care. This includes oral medication and under-the-skin injections. Amongst other pet care skills such as teeth and ear cleanings and nail trims. My cat care is also thorough. I have two of my own kitties that live with me in Bloomington. It is crucial to provide them spaces to roam, climb, and lounge, which I have accommodated for in my home, should you want to board! In January 2026, I will be transitioning to a full-time role. Therefore I will be on stricter schedule for bathroom breaks, check-ins, and drop-offs. It’d be 6-8hrs in between, and only middle evening walks. I have the pleasure to have a fenced in backyard in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Your pets will have quick access for potty breaks and outside play time. The B-line trail is also just behind our house, so we can plan for plenty of walks while in my care. My cats, Mali and Lottie, are fully indoor cats and fully vaccinated, while also on Revolution Plus.
About: I've grown up with both cats and dogs my whole life of all sizes! As a college student, I'm really missing my pets back home. I'm really looking forward to caring for others pets! As a college student, my availability is very flexible. Afternoons and evenings are the most ideal for me, however, I can still work in morning hours occasionally! Full availability offered during the weekends. Please let me know your pets preferences and I'll easily be able to accommodate for them🫶. I'm very happy to take your pet on walks or simply keep them company while you're away

About: I have taken care of many dogs and walked dogs since I was very young. I am a great dog trainer and love to work with pups that have more behavior issues than others, and making all puppies feel comfortable. To me, all dogs, no matter the age, are puppies. Some just have more limits than others. I will work with any dog and I love to get to know and see all the babies. I am currently full time at Indiana University with flexibility in my schedule. I am available between 6:00 am and 11:00 am, then free from 3:00 pm- 10:00 PM on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun. I am unavailable Tuesdays. Thursdays I am free from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm then 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Every fur baby is different, I will work with you to learn behaviors and if you would like me to put in a little training techniques. I will go slow with you pet to make sure they are comfortable with me first. I want them to know that I am there for them and ready to adjust what I am doing based on their personality.
“Holden did an excellent job with drop in visits with my 3 dogs over a 3 day period (10 visits in all). He kept me updated about how the dogs were doing each visit and sent me pictures of all three of the dogs each visit. The dogs enjoyed their time with Holden. I will definitely use Holden again if the need arises.”

Bloomington pet parents share their Rover experiences
Samantha was a great pet sitter! She checked in on time and sent updates and photos every day. I also appreciated that she was proactive about house and pet needs (eg asking whether to switch from heat to ac when it was getting hot outside). She was also very flexible about our last minute booking and changes. I would happily book again and highly recommend her to others!

This was my first time having Sara take care of my boys. So far, so good. I was gone about 7 hours— the longest I’ve left my puppy, but Sara came and walked them about halfway through. The dogs were happy, and left no messes. Sara sent me a photo when she arrived, letting me know she was with the boys. I’m very happy with her reliability.

Patricia took the best care of our cat Nike for the week we were gone! Nike can be needy (and sometimes will throw up) and Patricia had no problem giving her plenty of attention and cleaning up her throw up the one day she did. I can tell Nike was extremely well taken care of and there is no doubt I’d have Patricia take care of her again!!
