About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with both cats and dogs helped foster a lifelong love and appreciation for animals and their unique personalities. Today, our family shares our home with three dogs, so caring for animals is simply a natural part of my daily life. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure while their family is away. During drop-in visits, I provide fresh water, meals if needed, potty breaks, playtime, companionship, and plenty of affection. I can also administer basic medications according to instructions and keep pet parents updated with photos and messages. For dog walks, I prioritize safety, exercise, and enrichment. I tailor each walk to the dog’s age, energy level, and needs, whether that’s a leisurely stroll, extra exercise, or time to sniff and explore. I always use secure leashes and follow any specific instructions provided by the owner. For house sitting services, I provide overnight care in your home and maintain your pet's normal routine. I may leave throughout the day for work, errands, family time, etc but I always ensure your pet receives the care, attention, potty break, meals, exercise, and all the snuggles they need. If your pet requires a more constant-care schedule, please discuss those needs before booking. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your pets are in caring and reliable hands. My goal is to ensure your pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I have been around and loved dogs for my entire life. One of our family dogs had two litters while I was in high school and I helped take care of and raise the puppies. I also frequently pet-sat for neighbors and friends. Last year my wife and I adopted a puppy from Puerto Rico who we adore. I look forward to giving your pets the care and love they deserve! I do freelance work as a musician and dancer, so I have a fairly unpredictable schedule. Currently I am available on weekdays from 8 AM to 10 PM but I can be available on some weekends. I am happy to play with your dogs in their home or yard, to work on training as needed (our dog has been in training courses for around six months), or to do whatever else your dog will enjoy! I also enjoy walks and am happy to take your dog around the neighborhood or to nearby parks.

About: I love to be around your pets! I'm away from my own a lot right now so dogsitting is how I get to be around fur babies I am in school and I work, but my weekends are usually quite open! So I'll prioritize spending as much time with them as I can, especially in the mornings on week days before leaving. I don't currently offer services in my home due to my lease restrictions but I am happy to check in on or stay with your pets.

About: I have owned pets since I was small and have been pet sitting professionally for 5 years. I am completely trustworthy in your home and with your pets. I will do all tasks to your specifications and understand that each pet owner has their unique way of doing things and will keep it the same. I will keep your house very clean while you are away. I wash pet dishes each day, change all water dishes each day. I am up for walks and playing with toys and will give as much petting as your pet prefers. I will keep you in close contact with daily updates and photos. I am fine with senior dogs and giving medication as well. I am a mom with grown children out of the house and will be solid for you. I have a flexible schedule and will work with your preferred times for me to come. I don't do overnight stays (but can recommend someone who does) but can come several times a day if that works for you and your pet. In your home I will always check that all doors are securely locked when I leave and always do a quick sweep of the home to make sure nothing is amiss and that the pets have not gotten into any trouble. I am completely trustworthy and would never take anything from your home or even look in your cabinets. I will keep your house clean, pet dishes cleaned each day, litter boxes cleaned twice a day, and anything else you specify for your pet. Pets will get my undivided attention while I am with them and utmost care.
About: I have been around dogs and multiple cats ever since I was 5, but have been pet sitting for a year as additional income. I have dog sat a range of breeds from german shepherds to Maltese's. My routine when I go on walks is as needed for the dog, but on average 3 walks a day (morning, afternoon, night) if you live in a neighborhood/condo, may vary depending on location. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
