Let me know if there's anything specific I should know about your dog, such as reactivity, anxiety, or medications they take. My own pup is leash reactive so I am very comfortable handling dogs who struggle with this as well. For cats, feel free to let me know if your furry friend likes to hide or may be a bit shy!
A typical day
I like to give your pets plenty of attention, playtime, and make sure your they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away! For dogs, that can mean walks, outdoor time, and lots of affection depending on their energy level and personality. I’m happy to keep up with your pet’s usual routine, whether they’re an energetic puppy who loves to play or a senior dog who prefers a slower pace and extra cuddles. For cats, I make sure they have a calm and comfortable environment with playtime, treats, affection (on their terms!), and lots of check-ins throughout the day. I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved.

Hi I’m Emily! I’ve been an animal lover my whole life with lots of experience with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I grew up with many different breeds of dogs and cats and now have a dog of my own who I adore. I’ve dog and cat-sat for many families in my hometown. I’m happy to do walks, playtime, feeding, or just spend time with your pet while you’re away! I treat every pet like my own and would just love the opportunity to spread the love to your best friend!

Emily took care of my cat, Truffles, as needed over a year and was wonderful! Truffles is mischievous and can be a little difficult, but she was very patient and worked really well with him. She always sent me updates, and I always felt at peace knowing she was looking after Truffles. She clearly cares a lot about animals, and it shows!
Emily is amazing! She took great care of my pets and I could really tell how much she truly loves animals. She is super reliable, communicative, and sent great photos! My pet came home happy and well cared for I know they are in good hands with Emily, and I will continue to work with her!
