About: I grew up with several small dogs and I currently have three, so I have experience with taking care of their needs and giving attention to multiple dogs at once! I’m available for boarding and dog sitting on weekends and weekdays. I’m home most days so my schedule is fairly open. When I'm available, I rarely leave the house for more than an hour at a time. I have a fenced in yard for your dog to safely enjoy fresh air! I also have two small crates and the ability to segment off parts of the house with baby gates if the need arises.

About: Hi, my name is Melinda of bark and stroll. I love animals. I have my own animal and I love taking care of animals inside my home or your home. I am retired, and I have plenty of time to take care of the animals. I love playing with them and taking them on nice walks. I have a decent sized yard. It’s not fenced in so I do walk the animals on a leash and we have some woods with paths near my house. If the dogs over 50 pounds I prefer them to be crate trained.
About: I own a King Charles Cavalier and a German Shepherd currently! I grew up on a farm in southern Indiana with multiple foster and adopted animals! My mother instilled a serious love and adoration for people and their favorite pets. I volunteered at our local animal shelter, was trained in multiple animal science courses, and was taught to love and respect the animals I work with, both domesticated and exotic. I have handled dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, foxes, raccoons, bobcats, farm livestock, petting zoo animals, and more. I love them and have tons of professional experience to give your fur-baby the best experience possible. Please feel free to message or call whenever needed and I am more then happy to accommodate ANYTHING you or your sweet pet needs. I have lots of time on my hands, currently we start our mornings with a good meal and a long walk along our neighborhood. We will head to the house for a quick nap or so that our older dogs and puppies can rest. We then head to either the local state park or a dog park for some new stimulation. When we return home, we have some free time with toys and puzzles, enjoy another good meal, take another long, walk around the neighborhood, and then cuddle on the couch or in the beds until bedtime. I don’t have a fence in yard however, we have multiple leashes here as well as one that you would prefer to use. All of our animals are continuously monitored, I work part-time, and we also have cameras in the house. Feel free to request photos or videos of your baby at any point in time.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Nora. We had just gotten our 8 month old retriever/beagle mix from the shelter and in between personal training and formal training— my partner and my work schedules clashed and we needed someone last minute to help us out. I was pretty anxious, with never having used Rover and just getting our Goose settled— we were concerned it was too soon but we had no other options. Nora quite literally— saved the day. She was responsive and accommodating. When we got there, Nora kindly allowed us to stay to make sure the doggos got along. Once everyone felt comfortable, we left and Nora was communicative, quick to respond, and sent lots of photos. She really quelled a lot of my anxieties and let us know our Goose got along fabulously with her boxer (sweet demeanor) and foster dog (spunky but also sweet). Goose got exercise, love, and time well-spent in a safe environment. This was such a great first Rover experience— we could not recommend Nora enough! Will def be booking with her again :) thanks, Nora!!
