Madison has taken care of Bella multiple times this year. She takes great care of our 17 year old Havanese and always leaves the house in wonderful shape. I highly recommend Madison!!!

Madison was great! Loved getting updates and knowing the pups were happy and content.

Madison did a great job with our cat and dog. She stents photos everyday💙

I booked Madison for two nights: the first was housesitting 6pm - 9am and the second was noon-9am, with 2 dogs. We had already had a meet and greet where I talked through some stuff and gave her preliminary instructions, and then left 4 pages of detailed instructions at the house for her to read when she arrived. Nothing extravagant, just info for two dogs for two nights. I have ring cameras at my front and back door (with a view of the dogs’ crates) and my garage door alerts me when it is open and closed, all of which I told Madison at our meet and greet. For the first night, Madison told me due to an unexpected meeting, she wouldn’t be able to make it over until 9, which I reluctantly agreed to since it was only a couple days away from my trip and didn’t have time to find a new sitter. She made it to let the dogs out at 8pm, which was good, but then, without letting me know or running it by me, she left for the night at 10pm. Only when I messaged her through Rover, did she say she had another dog at her house she had to go stay with (even though I had paid for her to stay with my dogs). I had specified in my instructions that the dogs normally are crated from 11:30pm-6am. She didn’t come to let them out in the morning until past 7am until the planned 9am. So for the first 14 hours I booked, only 4 were spent with my dogs at my house. Because they had only been out for 2 of the past 9 hours, I made arrangements for them to get picked up earlier than planned on Friday. When I followed up on Saturday (remember, while on vacation) to make sure she would be spending the full day and night Sunday with my dogs, she told me she wouldn’t be able to make it until 6ish.. even though I booked her for noon. So again, I had to make additional arrangements, out of state, and last minute, to make sure my dogs wouldn’t be crated for 12+ hours on Sunday. She arrived about 6 on Sunday, and let the dogs out. Then didn’t let them out again for another 3 hours (I specified that one is notorious for having accidents and is also only 10mos old so will need to go out every 60-90 minutes). They were then once again crated an hour earlier than I had asked and let out an hour later than I asked. Crated from 10:30pm-7:15am, causing one dog to pee in her crate (with no evidence it was cleaned up either) and then lay in and around the mess for another hour. She took them out and had them out of their crates for no more than 20 minutes before returning them to their crates and leaving! My expectation of booking a pet/house sitter is that they will spend the majority of, if not all of the time booked, at my house. I found Madison to be polite enough, but was extremely disappointed that she accepted bookings she wasn’t actually available for. The unexpected meeting was able to be overlooked, but then double booking pet care, leaving early and coming late, as well as not being able to come until 6 hours after the booked time was too much. She spent a total of 14 hours of the booked 27 at my house and was only actively with my dogs for 8.5 of those hours. The footage on my back door ring camera supports the fact that she also did not take them for any sort of walk longer than 10 minutes. I worried about my dogs constantly for the four days I was gone.

Madison did great with Riley and was very responsive during our entire trip!
