About: My family and I have owned dogs since before I can remember, and I have helped take care of them, as well as petsit for others, since I was old enough to do so on my own. I am a generally calm and affectionate person around dogs, which makes me a good fit for more anxious/nervous dogs. I currently work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, which leaves weekends and Monday/Friday open for me to house/petsit! On Mondays I am free in the mornings and after 5pm, and on Fridays + weekends I am completely free. As I have my own anxious dog at home who really prefers to be a single dog, I am more comfortable housesitting than boarding. I am adaptable to most dog schedules, and am used to both high energy and low energy dogs.

About: Hi! I’m Sidnie, a proud pet parent to three dogs and two cats. I know every pet has their own personality, routine, and unique needs, and I understand how stressful it can be to leave them in someone else’s care. One of the biggest reasons I joined Rover is because two of my own dogs have anxiety in boarding and daycare settings. Finding someone I trust to care for them in the comfort of our home has always been important to me, and I want to provide that same peace of mind for other pet parents. Although I’m newer to Rover, I’ve spent the past eight years caring for my own pets every day. I’m comfortable administering medications, following detailed care instructions, and adapting to each pet’s individual routine and personality. I work downtown Indianapolis on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and remotely the rest of the week, giving me the flexibility to spend more quality time with pets throughout the day. You’ll receive regular updates and photos throughout your booking, and I’ll treat both your pet and your home with the same care and respect I give my own. I work remotely most of the week, which gives me the flexibility to spend more time with pets throughout the day. On Mondays and Thursdays, I’m in downtown Indianapolis from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and I work from home the rest of the week. Every pet is different, so I carefully follow your care instructions and keep their routine as consistent as possible. Whether it’s medications, feeding schedules, potty breaks, or favorite walking routes, I’ll care for your pet the way you do.

About: I have had dogs and cats as pets for all of my life. I love to be where animals are and take care of them like my own. Being able to be a comfort person to your own pets is what brings me joy! I am a teacher and will be starting school on August 3rd. As of now my schedule is open, but once August comes my schedule will change to being available after 4:15pm and weekends! When there I make sure I treat the space and the animals as if it/they were my own.

About: I am not a professional but sometimes I believe that’s okay. I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve always had such a big heart when it comes to animals. I worked at a shelter while I was in high school and the hardest for me was not bringin them all to my house. I have two dogs of my own. They’re both older girls and very very laid back and friendly. I think every dog has personality of their own and that’s what is beautiful about dogs. I think taking care of dogs is more than a chore or a job, i think it’s more of passion. In my opinion you have to love dogs to be able to take care of them the way they need. I hope I can be what you’re looking for.

About: I have had a dog of myself for 10+ years, and he has definitely helped me learn a lot! I’m able to easily form great relationships with any dog I have met (so far), and absolutely adore being around them and caring for them. Thanks to my experience as a dog owner, I know all there is to know of the basics of caring for dogs of all ages. My current job has me working 2-6 Monday through Friday, and 1:15-6 on Wednesdays. Since I don’t work long hours, that leaves me pretty open when it comes to pet care! Since I don’t offer boarding in my own home, I will travel to yours to care for your pet. When housesitting, I tend to hang out in the area where your pet is in the most to keep an eye on them if they need anything, and to keep them company while I’m around (if I can, I also like being on the floor so if they want to come and say hi or get some pets I’m right within their reach)! Also, I may be unfamiliar with the neighborhood, but that won’t discourage me from taking your furry friend on walks if they’re able!

About: I was born with pets, cats and dogs. My best friend, a vet tech, has trusted me with her elderly husky and the 2 young ones. All adopted! I loved it so I adopted my own Husky, Kingston (that’s him in my photo). I know training is for the pet AND the human. Exercise, affection, and discipline are keys for a happy pet life, not aggression or cruelty. Pet health and grooming are second nature to me, and I have access to a licensed veterinary opinion in case of emergencies. Ask me anything if concerned, I want to be friends with your fur babies! I work 8 hour days during the week, off by 5. That leaves my availability at evenings and weekends for now. Pet has a LOT of energy? We’re gonna burn it! I go for walks 30 minutes twice daily, morning and evening. Feeding times are specific to the dog so I communicate with you on their routine so they can continue it and still fit in at puppy daycare! I have a two story duplex in Irvington, where I’m surrounded by parks and the Pleasant Run Trail. Pet has a LOT of energy? We’re gonna burn it! I go for walks since the husky boy needs it, and he is trained and friendly and likes to play with friends if allowed so he’s as excited as I am! We take 30 minute walks twice daily, morning and evening. We go to the the dog park (broad ripple or clay terrace) on Sundays. Feeding whenever convenient for the pet I’m watching, some dietetic pets need a strict timeline so we stick to that. Playtime when they are ready to play, but also an organized routine of games and training during that time. Whether I come to you or they come to me, the environment and schedule is pet friendly.

About: I am a lifetime animal lover. I currently have a Rottweiler, and a shepherd mix. I also have two cats, one is part Maine coone and the other is a Manx. I love interacting with cats and dogs and would love to help take care of them for you. I have experience with providing medicine and wound care to animals as well as bathing and trimming nails with the ones that cooperate. 🙂 Available on the weekends for walks and drop ins during the week! I work full time but have flexibility to check in on your animals to make sure they’re taken care of while you’re away! I like to make sure all pets are taken care of and loved. I like to treat my pets as a part of the family and not just an animal.

About: I have watched and taken care of dogs and cats since I was little. I have great experience with animals I first meet, even if they seem a bit mean. I have raised my own dog for the past 10 years with issues in anxiety, from pup to adult pup! I understand feeding times and how important they can be to making sure medication is delivered appropriately. While i travek with my wife, i have dealt with a wide variety of dogs from the app, nothing has been to hard to deal with or anything i couldnt handle! With patience and adaptability is how I persevere. I am also LGBTQ+ friendly! I do not discriminate and want to foster good relationships with my clients so they know I can be trusted to take care if their pet! (Or home, in the event I house sit!) I am generally open to anything my time slots provide. Overnights should not be an issue but will need to be talked about prior to booking. I do NOT have have a place to house dogs so currently I am only a house sitter. Please let me know if you have any questions! The cat is very much self sufficient, although she does revel in all the pets that we have to offer, but the dogs take more work! About: I have grown up my entire life around pets and animals of all varieties. Dogs, cats, Parakeets, and even hamsters. I have learned and grown to love and care for animals because I view them as family, not just pets. About: Howdy! My name is Sydney and I am an Indianapolis native. I grew up with cats, dogs, hamsters, and bunnies. I started babysitting in middle school and then moved to overnight house/dogsitting in high school. I have stayed overnight anywhere from 1-10 days at many family friends and neighbors homes. I have experience with a nice range of breeds. German shephard (I grew up with a female shep!), pitties, golden doodles AND retrievers, dachshunds, shi tzus, pomeranians, australian shephards, labs, mixed breeds, etc. I am comfortable and experienced with daily walks, feeding and medication schedules, bathing (at Pet Supplies Plus!),and overnights. I am a very reliable and friendly person so you can depend on me showing up on time with a smile. I adore all animals as if they are my own. I even have affection for snakes, specifically ball pythons. I work M-F in a school main office so I am available on all breaks, evenings/early mornings, weekends, and overnights. I am happy to try to give bathroom breaks during my lunch if you are in Perry Township. I get two weeks for spring, fall, and winter break. As well as an 8 week summer. Safety and trust is very important to me. I will never unleash your dog in public, I only feel comfortable doing so if there is a secure fence that I know they can't jump. I send photos and text updates as often as you'd like. I follow rules and instructions to a T and have no problem asking questions if they arise. I will make sure your pet has clean water and constant supervision.

About: I’ve been taking care of my own dog since I was 5 years old. Within my time in high school I took Vet assisting classes, along with dog sitting and grooming internships/job. I absolutely love dogs of ALL breeds and sizes! I can offer nail trimming, paw pad shaving, ear cleaning, and bathing. I’m not currently working a full time job so my schedule is open to any and all requests. My hobbies include going to working out and diy projects. I’m mostly a home body so I’m always w my pets! I care for pets in my home by taking them out every hour and a half to 2 hours if not sooner depending on the dog. All animals are allowed on the beds and couches and your pooches will be treated like family with lots of hugs, cuddles, and playtime. For night stays or weekend stays all dogs will be walked and taken to a bark park within the community. I also do dog sitting in clients homes overnight and during the day on weekends. About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my love, my first dog was a golden retriever my dad gave me at 4 and ever since then I’ve had at least 1 to 3 dogs . Now I only have one a white lab named copper who loves playmates and company. I work full time graveyard shifts so I’m free all day and my girlfriend is home when I’m not. I’m flexible.
