Sheila said that she primarily takes small dogs, but that she will occasionally take a big dog like Jake (Lab), as long as the big dog is well behaved. I believe that Jake was well behaved at her house. I will have to check with Sheila to see if she will take him again in the future.”

I’m able to easily form great relationships with any dog I have met (so far), and absolutely adore being around them and caring for them. Thanks to my experience as a dog owner, I know all there is to know of the basics of caring for dogs of all ages. My current job has me working 2-6 Monday through Friday, and 1:15-6 on Wednesdays. Since I don’t work long hours, that leaves me pretty open when it comes to pet care! Since I don’t offer boarding in my own home, I will travel to yours to care for your pet. When housesitting, I tend to hang out in the area where your pet is in the most to keep an eye on them if they need anything, and to keep them company while I’m around (if I can, I also like being on the floor so if they want to come and say hi or get some pets I’m right within their reach)! Also, I may be unfamiliar with the neighborhood, but that won’t discourage me from taking your furry friend on walks if they’re able!

Anywhere I go, dogs get pets and greetings before the humans 😅 I have experience with more high needs dogs, as my own dog has digestive issues and requires prescription food, daily medication by mouth with each meal, and monthly injections. My parents have 3 cats and I’ve spent many weekends taking care of their babies while they’re traveling. My availability is very flexible! “AMAZING! Spectacular! There isn’t a word to express how amazing Jason and Tania are! Kona was treated like a king :) Tania sent the best pictures and always let me know how Kona was feeling. She communicated every concern and showed how much she loves what she does. After a few walks she figured out his likes and dislikes and just let my pup do his thing whether that was rolling in the grass and just chilling or watching all the squirrels. Kona also LOVED Tania, you could tell by the pictures. I was always at ease knowing that Kona was being cared for so wonderfully.
